Ce 21.06.23, après contact via le centre d aide de walgrow, le colis serait presqu' à destination. Le service a répondu immédiatement à ma demande suite à l avis laissé sur trustpilot.
Malheureusement, ce 29.06.2023, colis toujours introuvable. Décevant !

Walgrow m a transmis un lien afin de vérifier le statut de l envoi. Mon colis semble bloqué aux douanes NDL depuis le 05 juin 2023.
N étant pas responsable de ce désagrément, walgrow ne pourrait-il pas renvoyer l article que j ai payé, il y a 50 jours ? Ou pourrai-je obtenir un accord pour le renvois moyennant une participation ?
D avance merci.

Le colis étant perdu, la société Walgrow a décidé de le renvoyer sans aucun frais supplémentaire.
Colis reçu ce 10 août 2023.
Donc, service après vente exemplaire et société très sérieuse qui fait un maximum pour contenter les clients.
