According to the tracking information, your parcel is still on its way to you. It might have stuck at some distribution center or customs. Also, the issues like flight delays or overloads at local hubs are not that uncommon. All of that is something we have zero impact on.

Walgrow is awesome
This might be one of the best buying experiences. Very easy and smooth to shop, pay and understand everything in general.
Very nice products and no BS about anything, this is a "too good to be true", just that they are true.
I also appreciate the good response and contact with customer service.
Last but not least, the style and function of the webshop is very easy-going and smart.

I placed the order on September 18th
I placed the order on September 18th, and it arrived on November 21st, which is a bit long in terms of delivery times...
I also didn't have tracking to follow the shipment until one day before delivery.
The product seems to meet my needs.
