Waggle pet insurance states that insurance sucks, so they've changed it! They have! Refined the ability to say no in any given way possible!!
It took months of wrangling with Waggle to get them to understand that my dogs liver damage was not an old complaint. They did eventually agree and paid the account. Now whilst claiming for monthly medication, I'm told that my claim can only be paid out if I pay the £250 excess for this new year, so each and every year I have to pay £250 in order to get her life long medication paid out. Use this company at your peril.

WAGGLE WIGGLING AGAIN
Just had a response to my review from Waggle regarding my Teddy a two year old Cavapoo. They have even made an error in their feed back ,it's all a load of BS they are not willing to pay for any condition.
As I have already said Teddy saw the same Vet a week before for a routine vacation he was weighed and the vet assured me he was in perfect health. There is no documentation or evidence to proof that Teddy had a pre existing condition it's all lies. He has always been insured would i change insurers then claim for something that he had in February 2021 it's all about Waggle Wiggling out of their responsibilities to us pet owners. My Dog is still suffering 😫 as I said he has bitten me really badly as he is in pain with his paws ,rusty pink coloured paws which I can assure he didn't have before the last week in August if he did why did the same vet say he was in perfect health a week earlier. I have photographic evidence dated showing no rusty paws .. please do not touch this company most of the positive reviews are based on the ease of setting up the claim . Please check all the reviews before purchasing insurance for your pets. I am genuine I can assure you I adore my Dogs I could not and would not have let my little Teddy suffer for 6 months they are liars . He had insurance last February 2021 if he had bad paws I'm asking why would I have not taken him to see a vet immediately????? This is absolutely ridiculous. My Ex partner stood outside was never allowed in the surgery if the Vet has written this down then it is a mistake. IF YOU LOVE YOU FUR BABIES PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER INSURANCE PROVIDER. THERE ARE SO MANY REVIEWS ON HERE ABOUT WAGGLE ALSO DOUBLING PREMIUMS NOT PAYING FOR PRE EXISTING CONDITIONS WHICH THEY TWIST AROUND TO SUIT THEMSELVES. ONE LADY ON HERE HAD A PUPPY , WHO GREW TO BIG SO THEY DENIED THAT CLAIM . THERE ARE SO MANY RIDICULOUS COP OUTS ON HERE . .PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS.
