Perfect no problem

Ordered online after checking a few details over email.
Very quick to respond to any queries.
Following order I was contacted very quickly and booked for installation the next day. Arrived on time and very professional.
The installation wasn’t the easiest but they took time to get it right and took the old dishwasher door away to infill and came back to refit it.
Friendly and professional and deliver a great service. Will definitely look to them again and was also nice to use a local company who care about getting it right.

My rating and the comments below relate to the product only. I have reservations about the delivery method used which I will take up directly with the company to resolve.
The product ( Tristar Extra Strong Rubbish Sacks) are of excellent quality and very strong.

Product just as was described and Wades kept me informed regarding delivery date.

Ordered a fridge freezer directly from Wades after an order had to be cancelled by Euronics. Everything went very smoothly from ordering through to delivery. Everyone at Wades was friendly and knowledgeable and they were all a pleasure to deal with. I will have no hesitation in dealing with them again in the future for my purchases of electrical and other household items.

Supplied a weed killer that works very well and I don’t seem to be able to find it anywhere else

Wades was the only place I could find who could get hold of a particular set of lights I wanted. They were on back order so I expected a long wait but they were sent out really quickly. There was a postage issue with Royal Mail but Luke phoned me straight away and it was sorted within a day. Excellent service, well over and above my expectations. Will definitely use Wades again.

Easy to place order online for fire , kept upto date on delivery, was informed of delay with delivery but still came quicker than expected and was very nicely wrapped .

Still awaiting delivery of the parcel. Heard nothing since their one attempt at delivery (without either knocking or ringing the bell). Absolutely useless delivery company aka Royal Mail.

The personal service provided by Alan (sorry, surname unknown) was/is exceptional.
He phoned me just before Christmas to give an order update and the relief in his voice, when I informed him that delivery post-festivities would be fine, was palpable.
The goods arrived this a.m. (06.01.25) and all is well.
I initially ordered two (2) sets of lights but only one was available - the balance was credited on 31.12.
So should Wades get some replacement stock in, please let me know.
