Appaling service.
I have been with this company for 3 years, and every time I contact them because yet again the advertised Rugby matches aren't streaming, I am first told I have to reset everything, then when i have proved it is not my end, they say, " Oh, sorry, we will escalate. I am leaving this service as they literally don't care. Don't go near them if you want anything like what you pay for.

I’ve been using VWatch for the past 5 years and have always been impressed with their service. The communication is consistently excellent, and they’re very quick to respond to emails, which makes everything straightforward and stress-free. Any queries or issues are dealt with promptly and professionally, and you always feel kept in the loop.
It’s rare to find a company that maintains such a high level of service over a long period of time, but VWatch have done exactly that. Reliable, efficient, and easy to deal with – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
