Extremely impressed by the service I received from Jack and VVS. Not only was my new car exceptionally presented but I was treated to the full tour of their incredible inventory of cars as well. The buying experience was painless and definitely a dealer that caters for the enthusiast.

From the very first interaction over the phone and till the time of collection, I have only experienced the most outstanding level of customer service from the entire team at VVS UK. Their non-pushy attitude and specially that of Jack's who is an extremely well presented and well mannered sales manager; made the entire purchasing process a wonderful experience. Once again, thank you Jack, Robert and the rest of team for the wonderful hospitality and the great coffees..

We fell in love with our new car as soon as we saw it.

Exceptional service from an exceptional company and to be fair I had already decided to buy the vehicle just from the expertly taken photos - just needed to see it in the flesh so to speak. Met Harrison and the rest of the team who immediately give you the confidence they are at the very top of their game and that all important reassurance you are in good and capable hands - nothing was too much trouble and customer service second to non. I will be back as they say.

WOW what can I say, second to none in the industry.
From the minute I explained what I was searching for (very specific) Dan was on the case and had found my perfect car within days; he kept in touch on a daily basis with updates and within a few days my perfect spec Huracan was offered. I couldn’t believe it.
From enquiry to hand over - nothing has been too much or too little.
I’m based in South Wales and everything was done as swiftly and efficiently as possible so I only had to travel once.
I cannot recommend enough where ever you are in the country and I will definitely use VVS again.

One word - Excellent! Second dealing with the VVS team, car as described, full dealer facility, wouldn't hesitate buying another Ferrari or Lamborghini from them vs main dealers. Better finance deals, good trade in price and great communication. Both Dan and Harrison are a credit to the business

Exceptional service from start to finish in sourcing my Aventador. All members of staff that i dealt with were both extremely knowledgeable whilst extremely professional throughout the process. i would not hesitate in working with them again.

The Personal service, professionalism in knowing their cars, customer service in being down to earth and taking care of the customer is next to none and buying a ferrari from this dealership is exceptional in every way. I bought the ferrari blind and was overwhelmed how it was prepared, serviced and delivered to me. The Ferrari I bought from VVS exceeds all my expectations. I have always bought through the main Ferrari approved dealers. I must honestly say ferrari dealers could learn at a lot from VVS.

I dealt with James who very professional and knowledgeable. I am based up North so difficult to get to Cranbrook and see the Aventador S I had found on-line. James guided me through the process and provided me all images and videos to purchase the car without seeing it in the flesh. He reassured me everything would be good and when it was delivered I was not disappointed. It was everything I expected and the process was without hassle.
When I come to sell the car in the future I will be giving them first opportunity to make me an offer.

Just picked up my car from VVS and really pleased with the excellent service. I had a fantastic day out on Saturday when I did my test drive, James made it really special. The Team Daniel, Harrison & James were very professional and knowledgeable, and the communication was very good . I would Highly recommend VVS.

I recently purchased an R8 V10 spyder from the team at VVS and it was hands down the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had.

The communication was excellent, they ensured the car was 100% before collection and went above and beyond, even carrying out additional work I had not specified or requested.

All of the guys at VVS I found excellent to deal but I mainly communicated with Harrison who again couldn’t have been more helpful. He even took the time to text me the evening after collection to make sure I had a good first day with the car and had been able to enjoy it.

I would recommend VVS to anyone & will most definitely be dealing with them again in the future.
