Totally pleased with my service.
The mechanic that attended was absolutely first class it was a latenight call out in very cold weather but it made no difference to Glen. He went above and beyond to get me back on the road as quickly as possible he found the faults to my vehicle and corrected them all and advised me on steps I should take for the future. I could not praise him more.

Very disappointed
First of all it doesn’t deserve a 1star , iam really disappointed in the service we got , at the beginning I mentioned my situation and what service we wanted everything was agreed to they told us the waiting time we agreed to everything also told tgem tht I have a toddler and requested for priority the agreed and said we would be thn when the recovery comes he was mentioned to a different location to where we were waiting and said he would not be able to tow my car and to take us to our destination and he was mentioned a different situation and told us to ring bck to the customer service he left without us and we had to arrange our own transportation this was midnight ,

Excellent Service
I called in a panic, when my car wouldn't start this morning. Phoned the breakdown company who took my details. 10 minutes later I got a message with an estimated time, then when they were 10 minute late I got a further message explaining - I cannot fault the service. The technician when he arrived was friendly, reassuring, got the details and proceeded to work on my car and get me on my way. He even offered advice on next steps which was appreciated. Honestly no complaints, it was far less stressful then I imagined something like this would be. I will certainly be renewing my breakdown cover with them.

I can highly recommend VRCR Company
I can highly recommend VRCR Company. After my car broke down in Exeter and no local repair was possible, my vehicle was taken to their workshop in Sheffield.
The team was consistently kind, caring, and very professional. Several solutions were carefully considered, everything was clearly explained, and my safety was always the top priority. I was even supported with booking a hotel, which helped make a very stressful situation calm and well organized.
The towing service, garage and repair was completed to my full satisfaction. An exceptionally reliable service with genuine humanity.

The young man who came to assist me was polite,helpful and reassuring(these qualities are very important to me as I am an elderly lady and not very technical). I this young went above and beyond his duties to make sure I understood what was and had happened to my car. He also made sure I was safe. Thankyou.

Friendly, professional service
Was recovered recently by VRCR on behalf of my breakdown provider. Tracking was easy, driver was super friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend & would use again outside of my insurance/breakdown company!

100% Professional Company.
VRCR came out to me on 27/11/25. I had problem at the Northbound M1 Trowell Services. The breakdown man Josh kept me updated with his eta. I could also track the location.
I had to contact the main office a few days after to ask for the vehicle number of the recovery truck as I needed it for the appeal against a parking fine and Jordan couldn't have been more helpful. So, the aftercare is as good as their main care.
