Hi guys, I usually don't write a poor review untill n unless there is something really very serious issue encountered with.
I used this platform to purchase a projector, placed an order for the product for COD.
I received a confirmation call from VPLAK stating 20% of the total amount must be paid in advance to process the order for COD.
Upon paying the stated 20% of the amount, they confirmed and processed my order.
Nxt day I received a call from VPLAK stating that the product is no longer available in the store you can buy a different model of the product with slightly increased price but I didn't give my consent although they confirmed from their own and processed the product for delivery. I asked for my refund. Then I came to know the ugly and dark face of this poor ecommerce platform.
I am struggling from last 10 days to get back my refund.
Conclusion: Non reliable ecommerce platform, poor management, poor and rough behaviour of staffs.

I wish I had read more reviews before ordering. The attractive price may look like a bargain, but based on my experience, I would strongly recommend caution—if anything goes wrong with your order, you may find yourself spending far more time and effort chasing support than the initial savings were ever worth. My experience has raised serious concerns about the reliability of this seller and the quality of their after-sales support.

I ordered a Samsung EVO Plus 32GB memory card, but I received a lower-grade Samsung EVO card instead of the product that was advertised and ordered.

After noticing the issue, I contacted customer support multiple times through both email and phone. Despite several follow-ups, I did not receive a clear resolution or even a timeline for correcting the mistake. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely frustrating.

My concern is not only that the wrong product was delivered, but also that the issue remained unresolved despite repeated attempts to contact the company.

Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to carefully verify the product they receive and not choose this seller solely because of a lower price. Consider the quality of customer support as well, because that becomes important when something goes wrong.

My order number is 1857501616. I clearly mentioned them my delivery address. They still sent the product to other wrong address. Now when I am demanding refund, they have their policies which takes 6-7 days. Haha. Customer pays upfront for purchase and when it’s time for refund, it takes 6-7 days. lol. I made purchase on 23/04/2026, today is 5/4/2026, Vplak Ltd., where is my money?? Request people to be cautious and don’t place any order with Vplak Ltd. You will face lot of trouble. Worst experience ever. 19 May 2026, I am still waiting for my refund. Also came to know from Arturia Company itself that Vplak.com is not an authorised dealer for Arturia Keyboard. Please be aware.

Bought 19k worth of Yamaha Keyboard 2026 jan 14 , they never ship the product and will try to delay until you reach the point you cannot report it officially via your bank portal. They will call you and say the specific model is not available and will waste time recommending you another model . Luckily i paid via Credit Card and was early enough to report fraudulent transaction via my bank portal , once its over 30 days or 45 days you cannot officially file a complaint and loose your money. I haven't got refund as of now since i just filed the report . I just want you guys to not to fall for it and always choose trusted sites like Amazon , Fllipkart , you pay
