Communication regarding availability/delivery date was quite poor. Delivery man very helpful. Disappointing that upon first opening of cover 2 of the latches snapped off. Pouring concrete for slab for spa today so haven't had it running yet.

From a casual online enquiry over the Xmas period through to delivery and installation today , I could not fault anyone I dealt with. Niesha was fantastic with all early enquiries, Sandy handled all the admin and kept me informed thoughout and Francis delivered and installed and showed me how spa worked very professionally. All an asset to the company. If the spa is as good as the service then it's going to be perfect!

Ordered my Nitro Spa after hearing so much about Vortex Spas, and managed to get an excellent deal on the day. The spa arrived exactly when promised, a couple of days before xmas, and the installation went without a hitch. I didn't realise that spas can do so much more now... I had an old hot spring spa that was noisy and gave me about 10% of the joy the new Vortex one does. My family has sensitive skin, so water quality was very important to me, so we ordered the full ozone/UV system, and use a non chlorine solution which is amazing. Every time I open the spa, I am amazed at how pure the water looks and feels.
Product and service have been way beyond expectation, thanks to you all at Vortex.

We ordered our Vortex spa in November 2015 and due to our pool area not being completed until November 2016. Vortex spas stored our spa pool for free, for the 12 months.

The men that delivered and set up the spa pool were very professional and again friendly.

I had great service from the beginning across the board from the customer service team right through technical support. I love my spa and it is the the Best Buy I made in a very long long time. I have already recommended this product to a family member and friend.

I found the whole engagement smooth - from sales through to installation. Communication was good. The spa was delivered when agreed, the companies used to first deliver and then to instal both did a great job too, a very seamless process. The spa itself is great and the instructions provided short and succinct (and clear), so that I immedidately felt confident I could run the thing properly.

Whilst i must say that we had a few technical issues with our vortex spa, Michelle and the Team at Vortex Spa's could not have been better, they really did go above and beyond the call when they came and decided that they were not happy with the spa and what had happened and decided to replace the spa for us, Vortex Spas you have one very happy customer who will recommend you on your customer service to any one. Well Done and A+++

I love the many adjustable jets on the vortex spa - they give a great back massage and the shoulder jets are awesome after a days work! Honestly you won't be disappointed!!
Delivery was stress free - the spa arrived on sight, was unpacked and installed for us. We couldn't have asked for more.
It is well constructed with a great range of features to suit all the family (including fun lighting options).

I like the Vortex Spas from the first time I saw them at a Home and Garden Show on the North Shore. I love the fact that there is no wood to rot, no foam insulation to be in the way if repairs are needed, and the friendly, helpful, honest way the sales representative ( who we eventually purchased through) presented the product and the company. When we were ready and able to buy, the sales rep honored the latest show special and guided us to the right spa for our needs. The customer service agents were very helpful in answering all our technical questions in preparing for the delivery of the spa. The delivery fellow was extremely competent and helpful in putting it in place and setting it up. Most of all we are completely pleased with the use of the spa and it's easy of maintenance. We are in other almost every day!

We are really happy with our new Vortex Spa - we bought a Xenon which is a big one as my husband and I are both tall. We can both lie down and our feet don't touch! The purchasing experience I found to be daunting as I didn't know a thing about spas... so I rung around all the spa shops in town to ask advise and see what specials they had on offer. I ended up choosing a Vortex as they had an excellent special on and their insulation and product is outstanding. We had our first power bill and while we were advised this would increase by about $50 a month in winter it was only raised by $35 which we thought was pretty good. Neesha is their sales rep and she was so honest with me in the choosing phase and has been very patient with all my questions and queries post spa purchase which I am really impressed with. I love my Xenon however if you're really into jets I would choose a different spa. Really do recommend Vortex, the product is excellent as is their service.

This company was great to deal with! we love our SPA and the lady who we brought from knew all the information we needed and helped us choose what suited our family best. She couldn't have gotten it more correct!

Delivery man was full of information and was so friendly and helpful. Even turned up super early so we could get a chance to try it out before bed.
