Happy with the product now! I'm thinking since we needed to sync it up before it was usable, that might have been a good instruction to automatically send with the refurbished product. I had become aware of the sync on the board in trying to get my old board working. I wasn't aware of the sync on the console. Thank you. I'm back to the fun workout!

Sadly the package was shipped on time on January 6th. Due to the weekend, it was supposed to arrive on the 10th but it arrived on the 11th because of a carrier delay.
Because of the coronavirus epidemic, some packages are still being delayed due to issues that are beyond our control. If you're package arrives late please contact us at support@voomwa.com and we can provide you with a refund for the additional shipping charge.

We would like to remind everyone 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day shipping will typically not include weekend delivery. This can add 2 unexpected days of transit to orders placed later in the week. This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered a Wii for my daughter as a Christmas present. The processing time and shipping was great however the console does not work. It doesn't read disk nor will it allow you to connect to the internet. I emailed their support team as it's under a 180 day warranty. Let's see how this goes!

This Wii console was likely damaged in transit. We package carefully, however we sell thousands of Wii systems each month. One or two are bound to get damaged in transit.
We researched this order, it is covered under warranty. Please contact us at support@voomwa.com for a free replacement. We will extend your warranty another 180 days from the date you receive the replacement, free of charge.

Old lady needed help
I received my 2 Wii remotes and (old lady here) could not get them to work for me. I contacted the help line and spoke to Ryan. He was very helpful and explained exactly what to do in order to sync my remotes. We spoke several times on the phone ( again, old lady here) and problem solved...YAY!! Great customer service.

Bought a Wii and the remote was not working. Contacted them and they sent me a new remote no questions asked. Excellent customer service with fast response. Definitely recommend this company to anyone who enjoys discontinued video games
