I Purchased A Gamecube From Voomwa.com And It Works Great Thank You So Much

Voomwa is a great refurbish company. They have amazing customer support that is actual people and not just bots and there products work great even if they don't they will send you a replacement no hassle

The Wii works great, looks brand new.
The plastic sensor bar holder was broken, but I superglued it together and it worked. Looking forward to playing many games with this Wii.

I PURCHASED A REFURBISHED Wii CONSOLE WITH 2 GAMES. TO MY SURPRISE THE UNIT WAS IN FANTASTIC CLEAN NEW LOOKING CONDITION. STILL THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE CURSER JUMPING AROUND LIKE CRAZY AND I COULDNOT ENTER INFO OR INITIATE GAMES THE CORRECT WAY. I WAS IMMEDIATELY GOING TO SEND IT BACK,HOWEVER A NOTE INSIDE THE BOX SAID TO CONTACT THEM NOT WALMART AND THEY WOULD RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. SO I CALLED AND EMAILED AS ON THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID TO. I WAS IMMEDIATLY CONTACTED BY DAVID A TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE REP THAT ASSURED ME HE WOULD HELP ME. SO I AGREED AND HE PUT ME AT EASE.
WE DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM TOGETHER, ASERTAINED THE PROBLEMS AND 2 DAYS LATER, DAVID NOT ONLY SET UP REPLACEMENTS BUT MADE ME FEEL HE CARED AND IT SHOWED.
THATS THE KIND OF SERVICE I LIKE AND AS A RESULT I AM KEEPING THE PURCHASE AND WILL BE BUYING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE. ALL ALONG HE LET ME KNOW HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND HE CAME THROUGH AS HE STATED.THAT DOESNT HAPPEN EVERYDAY AND I COMMEND HIM FOR HIS EFFORTS AS I AM NOT A HAPPY PERSON IN INSTANCES SIMILAR TO THIS. I WISH THERE WERE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM IN OTHER COMPANIES HOWEVER HE STANDS OUT FOR HIS COMPANY WITH CARE AND CONCERN.THEY ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM AS I WAS. AS AN OUTSIDE VENDOR DOING BUISNESS WITH WALMART I RATE THEM TOP NOTCH IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN HOPE MORE OF WALMARTS VENDORS FOLLOW THEIR COMMITMENT TO REAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Everything works great

Took a minute but finally got something that works. The first 2 Gamecubes I was sent were broken, so I had to work with Customer Service (Who was great) to get sent new ones. Ended up working out, third times the charm, but was frustrated I had to go back and forth 3 times.
