Superb sevice right from the very start
From my intial meeting with Shane and Shaun, they made me feel completely at ease. I was 100% confident that they would do an amazing job with my website and and my goodness me, they really have!
Not only are Shane and Shaun amazing at what they do, they know their subject matter inside and out, they are professional, relatable and completely wonderful.They have helped me launch my company and been there for me everyday to answer any questions I may have had. They have also been instrumental in helping me establish my brand further. They have designed items of uniform, marketing leaflets, business cards, packaging and much more, all for fabulous prices. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Having these two wonderful people on board has certainly saved me so much time, I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Superb 5* service right from the very start, and ongoing to this very day. Thankyou for investing so much time in me.

An extension to our business
These guys definitely know their stuff when it comes to creating an excellent website and online presence. Since my site went live I’ve increased sales by 40%! Thank you so much for everything you have done. Much more than just a web design company, but a great extension to our business.

Outstanding service from start to finish. I cannot fault this company at all. The communication throughout my whole project was second to none.

Strongly Recommended.
This company has been amazing. Such a kind generous company donating a website to a community scheme. I Highly recommend them. The layout, the structure to the website is perfect and great for what we need to support our community further. They saw the work and effort we put into our village Neighbourhood Watch and recognised we would benefit from a website so kindly donated one. Amazing. Thank you so very much.

Unquestionable quality and service.
Absolutely amazed at the knowledge and experience of the team at Vogal. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will and have recommended them again.
The customer service was unquestionable, they were there for support at every stage and knew exactly what I wanted and put that into reality.
I can not in anyway fault the service I have received they truly go above and beyond and the final product was much more impressive than what I imagined, adding new features to my website that not just keep me current but on top of the market in my field.

Ok, so when having met Vogal Design through a mutual friend, the meeting went well, I was promised the earth as you would expect.
The website was built within a matter of minutes once payment and confirmation received. But the Typesetting, grammar and the spelling mistakes had to be pulled on a number of occasions .
When asking people of their thoughts on the website, one person commented "It's very amateurish, it looks like it's been built by the Chuckle Brothers". Generally speaking though, this was the jist of the comments ... Hmm ... Not what I wanted to hear!
The website never worked proper, photo's went missing, freeze up, emails did'nt work etc and more importantly it did'nt work on phones either.
Domain names was paid for .... Payment was taken, but the domain names was not registered. (Is this fraud?)
Google advertising was arranged too which never generated into a single call, email or text message ?????
Email and text messages was ignored on a number of occasions .... Not being there full time profession this would make sense now. (I did'nt know this at the time)
I've tried to resolve this dire service by giving them a chance to refund "some of the monies" which I think is reasonable but to no avail and I could go on but .....
I have all the info, emails and text messages from start to finish to back up this review.
Having received (legal action) threats from Vogal Design for/if posting an honest review not that they have any redress!
NOTE!
I have asked for this website to be taken down but still appears on their clients page, I'm now seeking a new webdesigner

Thank you for taking the time to review our business on TrustPilot. We take all feedback on board to continually improve the services we give to all our clients.
We would like to address some of the points in your review below;
1. "The Website was built in a couple of minutes' - You first approached us in July of 2016 where your contract was agreed. Your website did not go live until 27th May 2017 - due to hold ups at your end. Therefore, rather than 'minutes' this was 10 months.
2. "The Typesetting, grammar and the spelling mistakes had to be pulled on a number of occasions" - As you purchased our basic website design package the onus was on yourself to provide ALL text and image content for your website. A proof reading service was never agreed or included in the package. Therefore, any mistakes was those you had made when sending over your content.
3. "When asking people of their thoughts on the website, one person commented "It's very amateurish, it looks like it's been built by the Chuckle Brothers" - This is the first time we have heard this. If you had approached us to discuss these comments the relevant changes could have been made. The feedback we received from yourself was (quoted) "Yeah its looking ok. I like that you can click on the logos and it takes you to another web site."
4. "The website never worked proper, photos went missing, freeze up, emails didn't work etc and more importantly it didn't work on phones either." - Again, we were never informed of any issues with the website. As a design agency hosting many bespoke systems and website we cannot constantly check the websites we build and publish for errors. We would have expected you to report these to us in the first instance. Upon checking, these issues had never been reported. We build all our websites using the latest coding languages and I can assure you that your website was fully mobile optimised.
5. "Domain names was paid for .... Payment was taken, but the domain names was not registered". - Upon checking our records, we can see that you requested to pay in advance for domain names and would let us know when to register them – however, we never received such confirmation, and the domains never registered. As explained in previous communications, once a cancellation request is formally received a full refund for these will be processed.
6. "Google advertising was arranged too which never generated into a single call, email or text message ?????" - We have explained how Google Advertising works numerous times to yourself, we explained that a £50 monthly budget in a competitive market is not guaranteed to generate mounds of calls. However, stats had been sent to you detailing how many visitors your website had received through the small campaign.
7. "Email and text messages was ignored on a number of occasions" - All our clients received an email communication on 8th September 2017 detailing changes to our support process. This explained that we would no longer accept queries via email or text message, and a support ticket must be opened through our support portal.
8. "I've tried to resolve this dire service by giving them a chance to refund some of the monies which I think is reasonable but to no avail" - Again, as explained once a formal cancellation request is received a refund will be given. (As stated in our T&Cs)
9. "Having received (legal action) threats from Vogal Design for/if posting an honest review not that they have any redress!" – This has absolutely nothing to do with posting reviews, we encourage all our clients to leave honest reviews of our services. We had been informed by other clients that you have gone out of your way to contact them personally to bad mouth our company, we simply reminded you that this is classed as slander and as a small business, if needed we will take any legal action necessary.
To summarise, if we had been aware of any issues with the services we provide to you we would have actioned these appropriately, the evidence we have shows us that you had no issues or difficulties in the dealings you had with Vogal Design From July 2016 to present. If you would like sight of this evidence, please let us know and we can provide all history and communications between yourself and us which are contrary to the review you have left.
Finally, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, once you have submitted a formal cancellation of service request we will take all necessary steps to cancel your services, refund as appropriate and remove your project from our website.
Again, we would like to thank you for taking the time to review our Company.
