Worst customer service - unable to speak to a person - only chat. unable to assist with accont login issues. Still logged out after 30 minutes.
First looked at the incorrect account etc - no knowledge at all.

The interface is bad to worst
The interface is bad to worst. Cannot even manage your own redirect now. The customer service is not even trained, they told me i need a hosting to do a redirect and then later on found out he is giving out wrong information. They disable the function so you need to go to them for every little info. Backend interface is hard to navigate. DO NOT join. Sign up somewhere else.

Find another provider
I am a long term account holder with vodien, they brought out my previous provider. On numerous occasions over the years they lock your disable account when your credit card goes out of date, which being a long term customer is going to happen. No call just emails that as they send a hundreds of emails about sales & they all just get lost in my junk box, Once your locked out trying to get help is a task beyond thier technology or service.
They don't answer the phone, instead send you to chat lines & when you email them they refer you to a closed case # & do not respond, We have a number of domains which once I get back on line I will see if can take my business elsewhere. They had gone from a great operation, to a no service IT online only help & they are really useless these days.

Too Many Bugs Vodien Can Not Fix and Refuse to test their White Label software themselves.
After trying to use this platform for six months, I found it has so many bugs that Vodien can not fix. They have white labeled the platform and so support is by a third party. When requesting support I was directed to their supplier and told to quote their own account number with the third party supplier. After more than 20 requests for support due to the many software bugs I asked Vodien to test the platform for a user experience once they were told by their supplier it was fixed. Their response was to close the support ticket. So I have asked for a full refund.
