my wife went for Slimming in Sharjah Branch ,, She paid 5000 .. after some appoints .. she had some medical issues.. she inform the VLCC team that Dr. advised to stop Slimming until she take medication .. after when she feel better and medicine completed.. she wen to VLCC Sharjah to resume Slimming .. she surprised that Sharjah VLCC Team told her that she have to buy any of their another package and after that they will resume her Slimming Package.. i call many time to 800 8522 and 2 different ladies make me fool for one week that our team will call you today evening .. many time same answer that will call update you but 1 month no response

Poor customer handling experience in Chandigarh center. Their online and offline systems are not in sync. They book the service online and confirm the timings online, share appointment message with you over Whatsapp and when you reach to their centre they deny the bookings and said we don’t have the slot available

I had enrolled for a full body laser treatment at VLCC Coimbatore a few months ago. Before purchasing the package, I specifically enquired whether there was any deadline to complete the sessions. Ms. Prema from the branch assured me that there was **no validity period** and also promised visible results with consistency.

Based on that assurance, I went ahead and completed 3–4 sessions. However, midway through the treatment, I received a call from the team informing me of a **new corporate rule** introducing a **validity period**, which was **not part of the agreement at the time of purchase**. As a result, I am now being told I can no longer avail the remaining sessions of my package.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and feels unfair as it disregards the original terms under which the package was sold. I hope VLCC takes responsibility for honoring prior commitments made to customers, regardless of subsequent internal policy changes.

I’m writing this review so that no one else goes through the nightmare I faced with VLCC Vashi’s laser hair removal services.

I paid nearly ₹59,000 for an 8-session full body laser hair reduction package for my upcoming wedding. I trusted VLCC because of their big name and reputation, but the experience has been traumatic, both physically and mentally.

During my first session on 17th August 2024, the technician did such a poor job that visible hair was left untreated on several parts of my body. Later, she admitted that she couldn’t focus on the treatment because she was under “tension and stress.” Is this the level of professionalism expected from a company like VLCC?

The worst was my appointment on 4th May 2025. The technician Vidya, with whom I had booked the session, was completely unreachable on the day of my appointment. I waited at the centre for over two hours while the staff scrambled to arrange someone else.

When a replacement technician finally started the session, she shaved my legs so roughly that I ended up with cuts, burning, and severe redness. Despite my obvious pain, she insisted it was “normal” and blamed my skin for being dry. This has never happened in my previous sessions. My skin was left red and burning even hours later.

To make matters worse, I later learned that Vidya, the only technician I trusted, had left the centre without any notice. I’m now left without a technician I can trust for such a sensitive service.

Despite these serious issues, VLCC keeps hiding behind their “No Refund Policy.” Instead of taking responsibility for the damage and pain caused, they are forcing me to either take store credit or transfer my package to someone else. Why would I ever subject my friends or family to this nightmare?

I have photos and email conversations proving everything I’ve stated here. VLCC’s response has been cold, dismissive, and focused only on protecting their revenue rather than caring for customers’ health and well-being.

VLCC has caused me physical injuries, mental trauma, and extreme distress at a time when I should be preparing happily for my wedding. I do NOT recommend VLCC for laser services—or any services—for anyone who values their health, safety, and peace of mind.

I strongly urge VLCC to issue me a full refund and acknowledge the harm they have caused. Until then, I will continue sharing my story publicly to protect other consumers.

On Saturday, July 12th, I called twice to schedule a facial appointment. During both calls, I was transferred to different staff members. On the second call, the staff member I spoke with confirmed a booking for Monday, July 14th.

While on my way from Fujairah to Dubai, a journey of an hour and a half, I called to inform you that I would be slightly delayed. To my surprise, I was told that no appointment had been scheduled for me on that day.

Frankly, if I had not already paid in advance for a service package, I would not wish to continue dealing with your center.

I took their laser hair reduction package, and I am regretting it now. The most hopeless service experience. After the first session it has been impossible to get the second session. They canceled my sessions 3 times giving vague reasons. When I wrote to the useless Center Jed she did not even respond after seeing the text. I called their customer service who promised me a resolution within 24hous. It has been a week and I am still awaiting a response. We will have to approach consumer court to tell these people that they can’t make a fool out of the customers after taking the money. Please think a 100 times before trusting these thugs. I paid more than 50k which is still stuck.

I had high expectations from VLCC Karama based on their reputation, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The major issue has been poor customer support—getting any follow-up or resolution after purchasing a package has been extremely frustrating. Promised callbacks never happen and I’ve been left chasing basic information multiple times.

There’s also a serious lack of transparency when it comes to the services offered. Important details about package limitations, session expiry etc were not clearly explained upfront. It feels like more focus is put on selling packages than actually supporting the customer’s wellness journey.

I expected a professional and caring approach, but sadly, this was not my experience. I hope VLCC takes this feedback seriously and improves communication, customer service, and overall clarity for future clients.

Absolutely terrible experience with VLCC. I paid ₹20,000 in full for a laser hair reduction package and was clearly assured that the services could be transferred across India. I relocated to Gurgaon in March and have been following up nonstop for months, but no one has resolved anything.

The so-called customer care is a complete joke — they promise callbacks within 24 hours, but no one calls, no one cares, and emails are just ignored. The staff at the Pune centre, especially the manager who sold me the service, has conveniently gone back on her word. Zero professionalism, zero responsibility.

VLCC is quick to take your money but absolutely fails to deliver on service. This kind of mis-selling and lack of accountability is appalling. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting VLCC with your money or your skin.

My name is Mary, I had taken 2 packages for a total amount of Rs.50,000/-.
We were promised for
For me a package of Rs 30,000/- 9 sessions and
For my daughter Rs.20,000/- -20 sessions
On the 4th day, my daughter got blisters on her stomach and I got it on my highs due to overheat or instrumental issues. Especially my daughter's blisters became big snd git infected snd she was literally frightened to continue eith VLCC. When i informed their office, they were trying yo avoid. I got fed-up and wanted to close the package or take alternate sessions for me. I was told that instead of 16 sessions that was remaining, they can give only 4 sessions. Does it sound rediculous, yes thats the truth. The attitude of the staff is completely different in the beginning i.e. at the time of taking the package and completely different as the days goes by..
I paid a lefty price for burning mine and especially my daughter's skin, leaving dark black scares and she who is yet to get married..

Please stop paid promotions.VlCC is cheating people . When i went for receiving a service from them they motivated me to pay for a plan.They said "please pay the amount to a phone number" .I did so.After proving 4 sessions of lazer the staff who recived the money left VLCC and went off.So they are not willing to provide service They are collecting money but not providing services .I don't know why VlCC says that the money received by the customers has validity for a specific period.I think this is a white color fraud.When we call to the call centre they will lift the call and they say that they will call back within 15 minutes.but they won't call back.If we call again they will give the same reply.No response for Email.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - I paid a large sum of money for a weight loss programme based on incorrect medical information from them, stating that I could lose weight despite having a thyroid condition. After I paid and left, the doctor told me that this was not possible until I was cured and my thyroid was under control. I had paid the amount via mobile phone, and the saleswoman did not inform me beforehand that the centre's policy was that the amount was non-refundable. They then sent me the invoice, even though the centre must be subject to Omani law. How can they have such a policy when they did not provide any service in return? When I went to the centre, they gave me an old, worn-out robe, and I had to walk on the floor, which was dirty and greasy, without slippers. The floor was covered with their shoes, which they use on the street, and it was dirty. The bathrooms were dirty, and the staff were rude. I asked for a refund for the reasons mentioned, but they refused my request completely. I filed a complaint with their branch in Dubai, and they also refused my request completely! Very bad treatment! I do not recommend anyone to go to this place.

I have had an amazing experience with VLCC Beauty, especially thanks to Hamida at the C-Ring branch. All the staff members are lovely, but Hamida truly stands out. She is incredibly caring, professional, and hardworking. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients have a relaxing and rewarding experience. Her deep knowledge and expertise are evident, and I’ve seen real, visible results in both my face and hair treatments. Hamida is not only skilled but also kind and attentive, and I always look forward to my next session with her. She truly takes great care of her clients and makes VLCC Beauty a place worth returning to.

However, my experience with VLCC Slimming was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, it felt more focused on sales than results. Once I purchased a package, I felt completely abandoned — there was no proper follow-up to check if the treatment was working, only further attempts to sell additional services. I rarely saw the same technician, which made it difficult to track progress or build trust. Ultimately, the treatment did not work for me, and it felt like a waste of both time and money. I will not be returning to VLCC Slimming, but I will definitely continue with VLCC Beauty as long as Hamida is there.

Today I visit Vlcc for head to toe repair service & I m very satisfied for the treatment & service given by them , Pravin is best for pedicure & manicure & Manju given me the best facial treatment with the best suggestion

One of the finest pedicures I have got in the longest time.

I got full body Lazer package. I must say wonderful results.
I was told as i have hard hair I will get result better then the people with softer hair.
Pooja is amazing. She explain everything during Lazer session.
