I had a good experience till now at VLCC karkhana branch, Hyderabad.

Vlcc treatments r allfake I used to go fr facials in Kalyan nagar it's useless no result lost money

We bought the "vlcc de tan+ WhiteGlo moisturizing body lotion" which claims to protect from the sun and 'DE TAN'. We went swimming after applying a really thick layer of ur sun protecting lotion and it did NOT protect us from the sun AT ALL. The whole family tanned by six tones and skin started to burn. The sunscreen had no effect whatsoever.

I was taken service from last 8 years but this time is really appreciated the well trained staff and services. I start taking the service from Swati . she is in noida sector 18 branch . Personally I am telling you she is highly professional well organised she always give value to customers. Superb diet planner I lost my 5 kgs weight in 1months with the having of thyroid .he completely planed my all the sections , diet and daily activities I really happy with Swati .

Worst place and people money minded to the core .no humanity

I have undergone treatment in VLCC Chrompet, Chennai for Body Sculpting. I was disappointed. While the programme started I was getting little changes in my body but after the treatment, it reversely affected my body. Very expensive service with negative results.

Purchased a packaging and with remaining sessions they never got back to me to schedule an appointment. Also the laser hair removal did not quite work. Really a waste of money. Good luck to anyone doing anything in VLCC Dubai

Avoid this clinic - had my treatment and was promised immediate results without the full information at the consultation, which I was only just exposed once the treatment had started. All about the money hence the "great offers and deals".

There are so many better clinics in Dubai.

I had an appointment for saptaguna therapy on 8th Jan 24, upon reaching the center I came to know that it is canceled since the therapist was on leave .My visit was wasted.
I am a regular client since Nov 22 on a weightloss program , however the results are disappointing so far.

Despite the assurance of 100% guaranteed results by Dr. the promised outcomes have not materialized. The lack of communication and clarity on the process has been a major drawback. Particularly the unprofessional behavior of staff forcing me to pay and take extra sessions in between the sessions. All these added to appointments being chaotic, causing significant stress and frustration. After enduring chaos for very basic follow-up appointments which were promised as complimentary, I followed the program diligently & fulfilled all the requirements. However, despite a long chaotic wait of three months to repeat sessions, the promised results are not at all evident. This not only represents a significant financial loss for me but also a tremendous waste of time, effort & distress.

I am a regular customer of VLCC Pusa Road branch. Lately, they are undergoing so much of changes starting with their best branch manager (Jasmine) taking transfer, best hair dresser leaving (Sahil). It has happened twice with me that their staff, Rekha, she is always late for the appointment. Why do you give appointment time to the client if your own staff cannot commit to it neither have the courtesy to inform the client that she is running late.
Current branch manager does nothing and this is becoming repeated thing.
They should really look into this and stop wasting client's time when their own staff cannot come on time.
It is frustrating really.
As soon as my card services will be over, I will stop coming here.

We have already sent multiple mails to VLCC and no response has been received till now. And secondly you have also stopped answering my calls. I am now filing a case against VLCC in the consumer forum for the harassment and scam which you are doing with customers. I will make sure to also tweet and share my experience of fraud on social media with all the proofs so that no one is scammed like me. Will soon share the details with you as well. They took all money advance from me and then closed there centre without giving me any refund or service. This organisation needs to be stopped from scamming people.

I had the worst leaser experience ever in VLCC Qatar.. they let me paid the whole amount before the session, and they burnt my skin, and now they had to give me creams to treat the burns .. it was a horrible experience

I have paid 10000 for under arm laser treatment in VLCC Velachery branch Chennai. For my first session they didn't even put any sheet in the bed, it's not clean and very unhygienic. Even she didn't do properly like ho we will put soap to our hands like that she did very fast.

Her name is Chitra. They said she is a lab technician and she will do well. But she didn't even know the spelling for hygiene and respect. I didn't get any remainder call after that. I myself called to the shop and got appointment. Very very worst experience I never had. I forgot the exact date but on Jun month I had.

Vlcc provided me with sm coupons (for which I had to pay)and it's impossible to get the appointment. Everytime I call them up they r packed. Everytime I go there to get they r again packed. I have waisted my 2000 bucks. Also their services r so so

I have to pay total amount but they didn't give me correct information and miss lead me did not tell me everything
About process
First they say you pay all amount and every month you will get session
After 1 session now they say you get session after 1.5 or 2 months
After 3 session you get next session after 3 months
I went for session from Lakhimpur to Lucknow and they returned without laser
They hide everything and mislead

I paid 3k for hair treatments that did absolutely nothing and on top of that the staff are rude, unorganized and don’t seem to know what they are talking about. Would not recommend

I had a horrible experience with them. Firstly, they took the measurements inaccurately - with heavy clothing on. The doctor had no questions to ask just started invalidating my weight and age.
Finally I got a price of 41,000 AED!!!! Horrendous!!! However, seeing my face and obvious shock they instantly offered me a 50% flat discount. (Still insanely expensive and very different from what is being advertised).
They provide no guarantee for the results with this money.
This company is clearly about making money and not serving the clients. I left crying because of all the invalidations and no one even had the kindness to come after me and handle my upset. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!
