excellent customer service, and a great product too
i was truly impressed by both the customer service that I received when ordering through Vivendo; the timely updates on the status of my order and the helpfulness and consideration shown and also the quality of the dining chairs that I received.
I would most certainly consider using Vivendo again and, because of the excellent service I received, I will make them my first consideration when buying furniture again.

Outstanding
It is very rare these days that I feel service and customer satisfaction comes top of many companies priorities list, but on this occasion I would like to give credit where credit is due and am more than happy to leave a glowing review for Vivendo. My experience has been one of, if not the best companies and service I have experienced ordering online. They are not only very professional and helpful, but they give you the personal touch and make you feel like you are a valued customer. They keep you up to date with the progress of your deliver and check that you are satisfied and happy with your purchase once it have arrived. The quality of our product (Galba dining chairs) are excellent, they look very modern and styling and fits in very well with our contemporary dining room.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company to family and friend and I would also like to say a big thank you to Alessandro for all his help! Now, what else can I buy!!

Excellent service
I recently ordered 4 Reano dining chairs which unfortunately were delivered in a very bad damaged state. As soon as I reported this to their office they did everything in their power to get these replaced as soon as possible. They really care about their customers and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Efficient, personalized service - can not beat it (tried most of them)
Ale and the team and Vivendo were very helpful with our repeated questions, requests and concerns as it was a big purchase for us.
Getting top quality Italian furniture at low cost seemed too good to be true and it showed up on time!
I hope their website and products grow with time and we will be coming back.
