Excellent Company to deal with
I ordered a set of four Dozza dining chairs. I was kept fully informed regarding delivery and a minor problem with assembly was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The chairs are stylish and very comfortable. I am unsure if the woollen fabric will be very hardwearing- only time will tell in that respect.
Buying expensive items on the Internet from a company you don't know can be fraught with problems. However I have no hesitation in recommending Vivendo as a reliable supplier of quality goods.

UPS delivered half the order, this company ensured i had the best customer service before they were shupped right up until the very end and after.
Amazing and would definately recommend. Alessandro is a credit to this company!

Excellent service from start to finish
I was initially unsure about my choice of product so started up a 'Chat' session which was immediately answered and reassured me that if I didn't like the product, they would be collected. I placed the order but forgot about a 10% sign up code. So I got back on to chat to be told that it wasn't a problem but due to the time of placing the order, the refund wouldn't go through until Monday. Sure enough Monday came and so did an email saying that the refund had been processed. Then I received personal emails telling me the status of the order and even that I had missed a first attempted delivery. I have just received another to ask if everything was in order and if I liked the product. Incredible service...and yes, I love the chairs that I ordered too!

Vivendo's Oristano chairs
I can honestly say that we received the best customer service ever from Alessandro at Vivendo. He emailed me at every stage to confirm that our order was progressing and that our delivery would be on time. I had quite a few questions at the start because I was concerned about ordering on-line from another country but I was reassured at every step of the way. I was guaranteed a refund if we weren't happy which was reassuring when we obviously couldn't see the product in reality before it was delivered. I would thoroughly recommend Vivendo!

Dining table chairs
Ordered 6 grey plastic Palmi chairs from vivendo which were dispatched and delivered extremely quickly at a brilliant price free of charge. The chairs on arrival exceeded all our expectations and look amazing in our new kitchen diner.
I would highly recommend shopping at vivendo as we have had a brilliant experience!
