yeah they are a scam and the good reviews here are bots , there is no welcome bonus , i signed up put in 10 meant to get 40 thats ther main advertisment , Ian the live chat agent says because you didnt verify email and phone number we cant add it , a system error of theres they never emailed me as they cant send emails to icloud addresses , this is dodgy behaviour there not legitimate , better i knew now instead of 500 euro deep in deposits tho ! stay away

Complete scam. Signed up to a welcome offer, placed qualifying bet. Then got prompted to verify. Verified account. Bonus never got added. Then proceeded to tell me i had to wait 4 days as “marketing” team doesn’t work weekends. Support have no ability to do anything. Raised issue on a Friday. Sunday now bonus still not added. Refused to do anything. “Reached out” to relevant team despite them not working. Refused me adr information and manager request. Complete scam. All 5 star reviews are fake. 4 days later no email. Support are limited. Background teams non existent. They are complete phonies. Don’t sign up.
Everything below is false. They took days to resolve even a minor issue. 4 days to reopen the account. Incredibly slow processes. Added the wrong bonus, and then refused to compensate for all the issues. Customer support is really bad. Only 1-2 competent agents on entire site.
