Opened an account, made 1400 profit and now want to withdraw my balance. Was informed I needed to provide bank statement and Id, provided that and was informed I could now withdraw. Am still unable to withdraw my funds, saying on site I need to provided documents but I have already done this. My emails are now getting ignored.

I also sent them my bank statement (which they also requested), and it has been about a week since I last sent them an email, and no one has responded. This means that I have been unable to get my money for over a month, even though I have provided complete and accurate information.

They do not respond to my request to indicate the time frame for their review, although they should indicate the time frame and the reason for such a lengthy review.
