We spoke to Jason Dowdall about securing our home for our family. He gave us alot of very useful information on the subject, we learnt alot of things we didn't know, he was very informative very easy and pleasant to talk to, we now have a much better idea of what to expect.

Jason was extremely friendly, gave me all the advice I asked for and more, explained it al to me very clearly, i would definitely recommend him

Jason gave me some very useful advice and explained everything to me so I could understand. Thank you. I'll now have a chat with my kids and take things from there. (Let's hope I live another few years in my house!)

Spoke to Fraser over the last couple of months and have went through out estate planning process, as worried at first as it was a lot to take in but. The team at viva planning simplified everything for me and put it in to terms I could understand, I can honestly say it’s a weight lifted off our sholders and I would recommended this company to any one trying to get there affairs in order 5* :))

I had an initial free consultation today, which was informative and helpful. Definitely worth the time spent.

Be very careful dealing with this company, we looked into a trust with them they are very nice up front ,if your offered a fast track be very careful you can loose all your Statutory Protections and the 14 day cooling off period.
This wasn't explained properly and we went and put the deposit down, when we found out about this we changed our minds just in case something else down the line cropped up, they gave us the deposit back but kept £195 for admin fees, there would not be any fees if we had known about this we would have refused the fast track.
On enquiring about problem they made out they were doing us a favour.Awesome.
Reply from Viva Planning below is nonsense the guy we were talking with said you will get all your money back the interview is supposed to be free enough said.

The staff i dealt with were friendly & courteous & my queries were all answered confidently & explained in full. My wife & i were very happy with Viva Planning & would recommend this Company.

When I was dealing with Aviva I found them very informative and Shelly whom I was speaking to was very helpful nothing was too much trouble for her, she had the patience of a saint as I’m not very good at form filling, but Shelly explained everything to me and put coloured stickers on the forms showing where different people were meant to sign. I feel safe in the knowledge knowing that my property is in safe hands.

After a check over of my accounts and being given great recommendations on how to make sure what I have earned goes to the right people these are definitely a group to trust!

We had a video conference with Jamie to discuss our financial planning for the future. The actual process of setting up the meeting was very easy.

Jamie asked clear questions to assess at what stage we were, and he gave informative responses. At no time did we feel under pressure or felt that we would be expected to buy/pay for services. We were encouraged to take time to reflect on the changes/choices we could make. All in all a very positive experience

Lee was very helpful and patient with me. He gave me a comprehensive overview of my options and guided me through various options. At the end of the consultation, Lee suggested that I take time to consider my options. Looking at them, I realised that I could not proceed but am grateful to Lee for his patience and guidance. I had my estate planing consoltation last week and I just have to say it was such a relief. I’m 80 years old and been putting this off for far too long! The young lady who helped me was so patient and kind, she explaned everything in a way I could understand, not all that fancy legal talk.

I feel much better now knowing my wishes are written down and my neices and church will be taken care of when the time comes. I wish I had done this years ago.

My husband and I recently had a lovely consultation with Jamie. We’d spent quite some time trying to understand asset protection, but I must say we found it all rather baffling. Jamie was ever so patient—he really took the time to listen to our situation and what we hoped to accomplish. He explained everything so clearly, in everyday language that even we could follow! I feel very reassured by the options we've been given, and I’m confident we’re in good hands.

Had a free consultation with Jason today via later living helpline, in my opinion it was a waste of time he was unprofessional in my opinion, insulting , rude, waffled on and called me abrupt !!
At the start I asked him to confirm it was a free consultation he did but also told me he usually deals with high end clients and the cost is usually £280 per hour. I asked him to confirm there was no obligation , he seemed unhappy with this question and reminded me several times that they were a business. We simply wanted to know our options, how much each option would cost and then think it over during the weekend, he did not seem at all happy, I got the impression he wanted us to make commitments at the end of the call and didn’t want questions in my opinion.
After 30 minutes of listening to his boring unnecessary waffle and being called abrupt I ended the call and I was no wiser than when I started it.
My advice would be to avoid this company and find a reputable local solicitor. All of the above is my opinion based on mine and my husbands ‘consultation’ today which imo was a complete waste of time
