First order went smoother than expected

Ordered from Vivano for the first time and the whole experience was smooth. The product matched the images and the quality feels decent for the price. Shipping being free was definitely a plus, no complaints so far.

Bought the crop sweater for fall and i like how it sits on the waist, not too short or awkward. The fabric feels decent and not cheap at all. Shipping took around a week but everything arrived in good condition so I’d probably order again.

Pathetic return policy

Take note: do not order unless you know for sure that the item will fit -- if you have to return it, ALL THE RETURN COST IS ON YOU -- the coat I ordered doesn't fit, but the cost of returning it to CHINA (not London, UK) is the same as the cost of the coat, so I'm basically out the money I paid.

Avoid Avoid!!

You need to avoid ordering from this company at all costs! The boots I thought I ordered looked great quality on the images…then when they arrived a month later (from China!!!) they were so plastic, smelt synthetic, did not represent the original image at all and when I requested a refund they required postage back to China (at customer’s expense) but offered a ‘goodwill’ refund of 15% if I didn’t want to ship back to China - evidence that this company so knows what they are doing - such a shame that there is this unauthentic behavior in the world these days…

I would put zero if it would let me . Two months for order to arrive only to find it was shoes that were two sizes too small and not what I ordered . Constant emails and no responses . And phone number not in use Do not buy from this company ever ever

Misleading “London” branding, returns sent to China

Poor quality goods. Branding implies a London-based retailer. Only after purchase did I discover that returns must be sent to China at the customer’s expense — this was not clearly disclosed at checkout.

When I requested a return for size, I was met with delays, requests for photos, and then offered a partial refund to avoid returning the item.

Had the true return location been made clear upfront, I would not have purchased. Not transparent. Would not recommend.

A scam

After Vivano replied to this review offering further help due to my unhappiness with my order I contacted them again and they told me I’d waited too long for them to help and they are unwilling to help in any way. So their reply to this review was just another example of their deceptive business practices. Once again do not order from this company.

Do not order from this company it is a scam. I ordered leather boots that had been supposedly reduced from over £100 to around £50. They sent the cheapest pair of boots obviously straight from China and the wrong size. I could have bought similar boots from Temu for around £10. When I asked to send them back they offered a 15% refund or I could send them back to China.

Awful company!!!

If I could put no stars I would!I ordered a coat that was very delayed and wasn't delivered in the time frame. The company apologised for this and admitted their wrong doing. I had to purchase a coat from another company and therefore required to send the vivano one back. I have had to pay nearly £30 to send back and have been told I won't get the return fee back!!this company are awful and are very unreliable
Update: they have refused to answer questions that trading standards have gave me and have stopped responding to emails!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Wrong size boots.

I ordered boots size 9 and got size 7. When I requested an exchange I was offered a 50% discount on my next order instead. Eventually they told me it was my fault because they sent the size I ordered. This was not true and I was able to evidence this. I still do not know how this little saga will end. PS I saw this in another review: 'To be fair the customer services person named Sophie was always polite during the vast email exchange that took place from start to finish' I think Sophie is an AI assistant. She dealt with my complaint too. lol!
