Total fraud, give informations that are not true and refuse to achieve what they promised to do.
Get a lot of students in troubles finding their money back when they get refused by university.
Get involved into legal issues with a lot of people.
Check online forum like reddit to see how many people get into a trouble with a huge amount of money(10000+ pounds).
Having a legal team just to deal with complaint not to solve issues.
This company shouldn't exist.
Run away.

Terrible company!! Sell a fake dream to students!! Disgusting behaviour. Stay far away from this company!!!! Also a huge tip and note carefully, do your research into the Chinese social media platforms.. You will discover the true hauntings of Vita. Don’t be fooled and dig deep before putting your trust into this company!

I booked VITA student in Barcelona and I saw a lot of bad reviews with similar situation to mine on trust pilot. But I have no was of contacting them so please i request to anyone who sees this and has faces similar issues to contact me and tell me how they resolved it.

I wanted to study in Spain and really wanted to live at vita considering I yea great things. However i mentioned to them that I am not a registered student yet and via WhatsApp they still urged and rushed me to go ahead and do the booking since they were so “high in demand” But on the contract it says that I am registered at an institution. I was then faced with visa complications. So upon contacting them thinking they will understand my situation they then said they I am liable and I am supposed to find a tenant. HOW AM I MEANT TO FIND A TENANT??? they gave me a few sites including idealista. But idealista cannot list my place since I am not the rightful owner. how convenient. Then I asked to differ to starting the tenancy in January, I was refused of this as well. How do you expect me to pay 12,000 euros and not live there!?!? Just cancel my booking as I am asking and give it to someone else since you’re so ‘high in demand’. Now I am getting threats of debt collectors which is stressful. Please email me if you have been through something similar, I want to know how the situation was resolved and if this affected their visa status later on and everything at Jigneshtoral at gmail dot com

Les installations sont en très mauvais état. Après la porte du frigo cassée, le frigo non dégivré, la douche mal fixée, aucun ustensile pour cuisiner et pas de possibilité de repasser son linge, le tuyau d'évacuation de l'eau de l'évier se décolle et de l'eau s'écoule dans la cuisine. A ne pas recommander.

This is a real shame because my experience with the staff in Liverpool was wonderful. However, the actual agreements and ‘Customer Service’ from Vita student themselves was truly awful. I was pressured via Whatsapp to rebook another year just one month after moving in for my first year. Reading back on the messages now, it’s very obvious to spot the tactics they use to pressure young students into another contract with them. After calling and emailing Vita multiple times telling them I felt pressured due to being told my room would be put up for sale if I didn’t pay, they told me I would have to find a replacement- despite the first payment of rent being due on May 1st and the official move in date being in September. After spending weeks posting advertisements everywhere (and of course getting no response due to the very early payment) I called Vita again about this and instead of getting support I was messaged by the same person that pressured me into the contract with multiple rude and extremely unprofessional messages, and another person on WhatsApp attempting to sell me a room! The whole situation was very unprofessional and the company seemed completely clueless every time I contacted them. I have now recently received a debt collection notice for the full years rent of that room and more. I urge anyone looking into staying with this company to be very vigilant or better- find somewhere else.

Her expertise made the overwhelming process of searching for a perfect room to live much more manageable and less stressful. What sets Jasleen apart is her personalized approach. She took the time to understand my needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring that the options she presented were tailored to my specific requirements. She was attentive to every detail, which made me feel valued as a client and confident that she had my best interests at heart. Her calm demeanour and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel reassured and well-supported, even during moments of uncertainty. Her timely responses and clear, concise explanations made the entire process smooth and transparent. She not only helped me find a place but also provided guidance on signing the lease, understanding the terms, and even moving in. Her comprehensive support made a significant difference and alleviated much of the stress associated with relocating for my studies. It was evident throughout the process that she genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to ensure I found a room where I would be happy and comfortable. Just a heads up for all prospective students considering Vita - Since we all come here to read the reviews first right?

And if I had known this before hand I would never have been in the position I am now.

If you ever book a clearance room, and then have a change of circumstance and need to end that agreement - their tenancy takeover rules are impossible to get out of. Their contracts are NOT clear at all.

Poor company to work for. Mismanaged and my own manager was often rude to contractors, students or staff. Other times just didn’t speak to you throughout a whole shift. Boring, unchallenged but a tough environment to enjoy or work in for all the wrong reasons. Further to that you get little training, when you ask for help or training there’s usually a PowerPoint or told to teams someone else. Which is why I found the company is obsessed with teams meetings! I sat in a few and they’re utterly ridiculous and a time waste. Little regard for students or staff well being, but encourage alcohol consumption then struggle to deal with actual complaints from other students.

Vita student provides more than just a place to live. I have lived in halls before this place and each time there I have never been a part of a community like what we have in Vita Glasgow. We meet friends here and socialise which helps the burden of our study. You never feel alone and there is always somebody that is willing to help in any situation. You are fed and the staff are very kind and work carefully and seriously.

My time here in Vita has been fantastic so far, so much opportunity for growth as an individual. The design and layout of the accommodation gives those that live here a great outlook on our studies and our intentions as students trying to make it through our lives at Uni. Many of the staff are so helpful, and you don't always see this kind of service in student accommodations. There is more to Vita in Glasgow than just the room. They make our times at University a whole experience. Many fellow students live in Vita at other cities and we share the same experiences.

Overall, Vita Student is an incredible accommodation to stay. Especially in Cardiff. The staff are very helpful and kind, and the rooms and facilities also add onto the experience.

Genuinely spending my final year of uni with vita was the best decision and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in vita st albarns! Staff members like Will, Lauren, Angela, and Jessi made living here absolutely memorable!! The weekly events and breakfast makes it worth the money your are spending.

Vita changed my life. I was a timid lad before. But after making so many new friends through the weekly events, I became more confident in my self. Although each accommodation has it shortcomings, vita st.albans is one of the best places for international students. The staff is so supportive

I have been living at Vita in Cardiff and it’s been a great year so far. The staff are very kind and the rooms are nice and bright. Perfect location for my university.

Absurd cancellation policy and unjustified, unethical room renewal contracts.

Vita requires full payment on booking regardless of when the booking is made with the only option to cancel being you finding a replacement tenant to supposedly take over the liability.

In addition, despite their policy unequivocally states that full refunds will be provided should the tenants fail to confirm their offers at the university for which the rooms were booked, there have been numerous cases where this has been proven otherwise.

The overall experience with Vita can only be described as ‘doggy’. I would recommend anyone who’s looking for a uni accommodation steer clear of it.
