I’m not sure I even start ? Hands down Wolfbox has thee most best customer service team I’ve ever experienced. Two years ago my wife had bought me a Wolfbox g900 for Christmas. Hands down one of the best products I can have for my vehicle. A month or so later I had a small issue with the GPS module and Mark was extremely helpful and sent out a new one asap ! Not to mention their response time was within a few hours. Two years later my Wolfbox had run into a big issue and guess who was the gentleman who helped me ? My man Mark! Again with excellent customer service and Knowledge. And again response time was within a few hours in the same day ! Mark was extremely helpful once again and had the replacement sent out almost immediately!! Hands down not only one of the best products you can own for your car, Wolfbox sure cares for their customers and stands by their products ! 10/10 Company as a whole ! Someone give my man Mark a raise for his awesome customer service !!

What made my experience fantastic was a customer service rep, Emma, I had a 3 year old RedTiger range finder that had black spots on the inside lens and out of warranty. Emma sent me a new one within days and I returned the old one. I wasn't expecting this but was extremely happy that the company stands behind their product.
