I had a problem with my pump, a few videos and 2 emails later we diagnosed the problem and a new pump was on the way. A fantastically quick customer service experience. Freya is back in action and keeping me chillled and inflammation free!

Nathan and the team at Plunge Crafters have been awesome to work with. The customer support was way better than I expected, and you can tell they actually care about helping people get set up the right way.

The quality of the products has been excellent too. The Cold Plunge Chiller Pro handles the Texas heat easily, the setup was simple, and everything feels well thought out.

I did a ton of research before buying, and I’m really glad I found these guys. Plunge Crafters is 100% legit.

Purchased the ozone kit to add to our existing cold pod and filter. It does not come with the 3/4” ID (inner diameter) tubing. That would be fine if I could find this size tubing with the length of 1 feet. But instead Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. sell it in 50 - 100 feet at $28+. Would be EXTREMELY beneficial to include (1) foot of the tubing and charge an extra $5. I see y’all have it included in the $300+ whole kit, but we don’t need all that.

I’ve gone through a LOT of water filters over the years, and these honestly surprised me in the best way. The water immediately tasted cleaner and fresher after installing them, and the chlorine smell that used to be noticeable is basically gone now. Even my coffee tastes better.
What I really liked is that the filters feel solid and well-made compared to some cheaper ones I’ve bought before. Installation was straightforward, fit my system perfectly, and water pressure stayed strong.
We use these for our whole house system, and within a few days I noticed softer-feeling water on my skin and less odor overall. For the price, this feels like a really good value considering the quality.
Definitely planning to reorder these again.

I thoroughly researched cold plunges and decided on the 1/2hp chiller with the Aries xl tub. The delivery was super fast 2 days after order. I am not the most handy person and got everything set up. Was having an issue Saturday and called Plunge Crafters and left a message. Within 15 minutes of the call Nathan called me to help get everything straightened out. Emailed him a video of my set up and he quickly emailed me right back with the solution that aided in getting the plumbing correctly assembled. The tub is a great size and the chiller is great too. Would recommend anyone looking for a cold plunge set up the place to go if you want support after the sale along with a quality product go to Plunge Crafters.

I think I was one of Plunge Crafters earliest customers, and I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else for my plunge needs. Not only did they provide easy to follow instructions to build my Tub, their products are of the best quality and truly top quality. I’m in year two of the Cold plunge life and my chiller, pump, light kit, and filtration system still going as strong as the day I purchased them.

However I was traveling for work and had realized I needed more filters asap, come home after a week of travel to find my new filters at my door step. They always go above and beyond and seem to always have what I need in stock for prompt shipment.
