BE WARNED

BE WARNED! The ViSA reward card is not a real prepaid debit. It cannot be used to pay bills or even buy gas! It is only used for RETAIL! I have 2 cards worth a total of $275 and can’t apply to it anything needed. This is not told to you in advance. This should be criminal. I am so angry.

Buyer Beware: Expiration dates are predatory

Just want to make everyone aware that this company sends promotional gift cards with expiration dates as soon as 3-months. Afterwards, the money is taken away. They are certainly not interested in getting you your money, but in making money for themselves. Survey companies should avoid working with them; there must be a more honest competitor that provides this same service.

Unable to give no stars because this is…

Unable to give no stars because this is a useless and unprofessional organisation. Despite stating that it operates 8am-8pm on Monday to Friday, I have been waiting over a week now since sending an email query without a response from anyone in their support team.
I purchased an e-Gift Card and while trying to redeem it - it took me to a page indicating that the reward is under review. An email to the rewards centre team for assistance/support is an automated reply stating a response will be received shortly. It has now been 8 days and counting without a response or reply to my email query. Looks like a scam company or one that is highly inefficient

Very Unresponsive Company

Very unresponsive company, terrible customer service so if any market research companies are reading this and considering giving them their business as a way to compensate their participants, I'd go to other providers. Been waiting over a week for them to credit me the difference between a pre-authorized amount and the final amount of the transaction and they haven't done it even though the final transaction went through over a week ago. Seems like the want to hang onto your money. I tried to pay for something else with the exact balance on the card that was left and it was declined twice. I was given this as a gift card for participating in a market research and next time if it's this method, I'll turn the gig down, not worth the hassle. I had read the umpteen bad reviews prior, but now have firsthand experience myself too....

No reply Visa Gift Card from…

I have purchased a Visa Gift Card from Kingiftcard while trying to redeem it on Virtualrevardcenter it redirects me to a error page which has the text that the card is under review its been more then a month I tried to contact them many time but didn't received any reply, just auto reply is coming that we will be in touch with you in short.

Avoid Focus Group & Virtual Rewards Center at All Costs!

Like many of the others, I participated in a 90 minute market research study with Sago/Schlesinger/Focus Group in April. After waiting months I received a prepaid Visa from the Virtual Reward Center for $352.50. I registered it as instructed, set a pin and thought I was good to go. Went to my bank to withdraw the funds, as it said I would be able to, and it was declined. Spoke to a teller and when she attempted it, declined as well. When I tried calling this scam of a business, got the same message as every one else, "There are no agents at this time." Left numerous messages and even an email. Nothing. Spoke to Sago and was told they would "look into it."
Both organizations are shams and scammers. I have filed a formal complaint with the CFPB and the BBB against Sago et al.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I did market research studies with Sago/Focus Group who use Virtual Reward Center for incentive payments. I selected the Pay Pass option to do a bank transfer for $$$$. My Focus Group Wallet account said it was "paid" although I never received an email from Virtual Reward Center with information to access it. When I log into my Virtual Reward Center account with other paid incentives like pre-paid cards and bank transfers, there was no record of it. I submitted inquiries through Sago/Focus Group as well as Virtual Reward Center. Every time just got a bot/automated response that the email was resent even through it was nowhere to be found in any of my email inbox/spam folders. There's no actual live customer support. There's no published number on their website, just an email address that will give bot/auto responses. When I tried to call the 800-604-1815 number that came up elsewhere on the web it just leads to a "there's no customer support representative available" message and hangs up. I've been trying for several weeks now to obtain my incentive for this and still no one able to help me.
Avoid Sago/Focus Group. They used to be better to work with when they handled their own incentive payments. Other market research companies do a much better job at paying out the incentives in a timely fashion and have better customer support.

Do not Do not Do not Do not Absoluty DON'T do business with Sago, focusgroup.com, etc. bc the payment received from virtualrewardcenter CANNOT be used and the only way to contact virtual reward center's non existent customer service is via email there is NO PHONE NUMBER when you have problems. And you will have problems. I EARNED a $150 virtual visa that I cannot use anywhere in person or online and - surprise - there's nobody to help me correct or fix whatever the problem is. I've emailed customer service and - surprise!! - nobody has contacted me. How the f' are these clowns even legally able to operate a business. Pathetic

It's a scam

I received an email from Microsoft saying I won $10,000 from a weekly draw. They linked me to 2 Prepaid Cards on Virtual Rewards Center, both of which claim are already "registered" and that I need to log-in to see/use them - even though I never registered with the website or the company. When I tried to contact them, they said that there was a "TYPO" with my email address and that I needed to submit certain information for them to verify. Currently, they are giving me the silent treatment. Their privacy policy states that they can help you with logging in, but that they need your CREDIT CARD NUMBER in order to help you. That's a big Red Flag. Shame, Microsoft Rewards has generally been good to me with redeeming $20 gift cards periodically. But why they would ever work with this sham website is beyond me.

Won a card from Microsoft Rewards

Won a card from Microsoft Rewards, card simply does not work. It was issued in dollars despite me being located in the UK, and neither USD or GBP options work when attempting to use the card online.

Attempted to complain, they ignore. Microsoft want nothing to do with it as they pass the buck to this company instead. It wouldn't be the first gift card I have won from MS Rewards, but it's a shame MS have switched to this provider of gift cards over what worked perfectly fine before.

Tôi nhận được link thẻ quà tặng từ một trang khảo sát tôi làm. Tôi nhấp vào link mà bị lỗi, nhắn tin nhờ mail hỗ trợ mà không được. Đã gần chục ngày trôi qua không 1 ai hỗ trợ tôi. Có lẽ tôi sẽ bị mất luôn voucher này. Trang web lừa đảo, hỗ trợ tệ hại
I got a gift link from a survey site I did. I clicked on the link but got an error, messaged for support via email but no response. Lately no one has supported me. Maybe I will always lose this voucher. Scam site, bad support

Absolutely plausible is this company…

Absolutely plausible is this company and its service and website. I bought a virtual visa card but was unable to activate it. They responded immediately and after two days they got it working. Mind me the problem was on my end, but I could not tackle it. So I surely advise this site and company. I have bought cards on other sites also with similar problems, but this is the first that simply took care of it and helped me out. In the other cases, I lost the money and the card due to unknown reasons but the sellers weren't really eager to assist. This company is!

Legit Company, Just Inconvenient

I get virtual visa prepaid cards from doing surveys and focus groups. The digital card is legit, it is just a pain that 1. I can't merge the totals from the different cards I am issued, and 2. a lot of places don't like prepaid cards so I am limited on where I can spend it. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. It serves its purpose. The company is not a scam like others are saying. It could be that they were scammed by a company pretending to be this company.

IT IS A TOTAL SCAM**
Although zero-stars is not an option, that is what I would give if I could. I did a study on January 7th. 3 months later I still have not gotten paid because I cannot obtain an activation code. I have sent thousands of emails to the company that hired me as well as virtualrewardcenter, and they send me the same useless reply every time. When I called yesterday I spent 2 hours on the phone performing the same ineffectual tasks multiple times. Finally the representative said she would "escalate" the matter and have someone get back to me. Since no one called me back I called back today. Again, I performed the same useless, ineffectual tasks after which the representative said she would "escalate." I explained that I have been doing the same things multiple times every day for 3 months to no avail, and that the matter was supposed to be escalated already. She hung up on me.
