Virtalent Recensioni

Working with Virtalent was transformative for me and my business. Hannah, my virtual assistant joined me when I was still in a full time role and had dreams and ambitions outside work. Amongst other things, we set up an open mic at the Sevenoaks youth club and even got nominated for an ward by the council. Thanks to the team at virtalent for helping me transition to a confident business owner.

I can’t speak highly enough of Charlotte and the support she has provided.

Her work is more than exemplary. She is organised, proactive, dependable and consistently delivers to an exceptionally high standard. More importantly, she has taken the time to understand how I work, what I need support with, and where she can genuinely make the biggest difference.

Charlotte became an invaluable part of my working week. She helped keep things moving, brings structure where it is needed, and regularly takes things off my plate before I have even had to ask.

It is rare to find someone who combines professionalism, initiative and genuine care for the quality of their work quite so well.

Virtalent have been excellent to deal with, but for me the standout has undoubtedly been Charlotte. She is a credit to the team and I would recommend her without hesitation. The Virtalent solution really helped scale my business up.

This company sent me multiple admins that did not deliver to expectations. In the time it took to keep searching for new admins, many hours in the package I purchased went unused that were not refunded. I kept giving them chances to improve the quality, and in the meantime paying for work I never received. I felt cheated. They make it very difficult to leave once they have your credit card details. The entire process felt unprofessional and scammy. I would
Not recommend.

It was great working with Virtalent. They took the effort to select a VA that fit my needs, and their assistance and process are both top notch.

I used their marketing support VA option, and I did not have a great experience with the company. And I feel the quality of the work did not meet my expectations.

Is it usual for a customer to be shouted at and have the phone put down?
Is it usual to have no no available to deal with a complaint?
Far from being assisted I am left disappointed and in limbo.
Too much Virtual and not enough assistant
I am still waiting for a call back

Very flexible and easy to work with. I got a great match with my VA and quickly realised she had many additional skills I hadn't thought I needed.
Having a VA has been so helpful for my business

I've worked with several VA companies over the years and Virtalent really stand out. From the initial call to discuss our needs through to our brilliant VA coming on board, Virtalent understand exactly what you're looking for and are professional and supportive throughout the process. I'm very glad we found them!

Would not hesitate to use again. Professional and Joe had all the skills I required and did a great job! Many thanks.

Virtalent clears space in our day and in our heads to focus on making Cosmic Kids even more amazing! Frances our virtual assistant is utterly reliable, full of initiative and an excellent communicator - I'm very happy we've found her. She's absolutely part of our team!

We love our PA - she’s lovely, so professional and proving to be more invaluable every day! Virtalent are an excellent resource that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My excellent Virtalent VA, Joe, was critical to my most recent online camp launch, helping to create and manage Facebook ad campaigns, do marketing and technical research, solve technical problems on my website, provide customer support, and transition my large library of recorded audio lessons to a new platform. My goals are big but my time is limited, and I’ve been amazed and encouraged at how much faster my business has progressed since I started working with Virtalent.

We have been using our VA Anyo for just over 2 months now and the only word we can use to describe her is OUTSTANDING!! Anyo has listened to what we require and has offered us her expertise and knowledge helping us in areas that we don't have time to work on, new areas we are looking at and simply things we don't know enough about. Viralent, from the word go, have been fantastic to work with - nothing is ever too much trouble. We cant recommend them highly enough! Give them a go... you won't ever look back!

I first came across Virtalent in a newspaper and decided to sign up to their service. Admittedly, I was wary as I had used other virtual assistant platforms before and really had found them lacking. Fortunately, when I started working with my assigned VA, I quickly realised how helpful and supportive they were. I've not looked back since!

I was very nervous about using a Virtual Assistant never having done so before. However my first impressions of Virtalent, their friendliness, honesty and transparency put me at ease instantly. They took the time to understand the level of support I needed, and matched me with the ideal VA for my business! The level of professionalism and support my VA provides is incredible and I have not looked back since!

I've been using Virtalent for a couple of months now. I'm absolutely delighted with the quality and breadth of service that they provide.

I was initially hesitant because when you hear virtual assistant you think 'PA'. This is so far from the truth. To date, I've had design and development projects with Virtalent - in both areas they've turned out excellent, timely results.

Companies like this will put traditional marketing agencies out of business. Would enthusiastically recommend.

Sam and Ellie from Virtalent have provided us with a highly professional, reliable and friendly service. They have taken a huge weight off our shoulders, which means we can concentrate on other parts of our business. We would recommend them to any company looking for virtual assistants.

Worked closely Sam as he developed the latest iteration of our company website. He has been brilliant to work with from start to finish. He was helpful, patient and incredibly flexible. He and Virtalent as a whole come highly recommended and would genuinely be happy to work with them again.

Sam Wilson at Virtalent was an absolute pleasure to work with. He created my website with such professionalism and attention to detail. I can not fault my experience with working with this creative and talented company.
I would highly recommend Virtalent Ltd.
