Belu is an awesome vocal coach! She is gentle, warm, and supportive. She’s enthusiastic and curious about our goals and helping us achieve them. She can hone in on the nuances that take a performance from subpar to sounding clear, smooth, within range, fuller, and more dynamic. I feel much more confident about my voice with her help, and shes inspired me to take my singing and songwriting more seriously and share them more broadly. I highly recommend her!

Before AM Vocal Academy, I tried different methods to develop my voice, mostly on my own, and the results were disappointing. However, voice lessons with Belu changed it for me. She helps me progress at a rate I've never experienced before. Other than the semi-private sessions, I receive feedback from her that I wouldn't have noticed on my own. Thank you Belu for being so patient, welcoming, and supportive. Thank you also to Junior for pushing me to invest on my voice. I highly recommend!

Carla is an experienced and talented teacher who is very caring. I am really enjoying the vocal lessons and have received a lot of encouragement and great vocal training and tips!

My vocal coach, Carla Newland has helped me tremendously. Her kindness and knowledge has been wonderful and is why I keep coming back. The semi private format works well in receiving more individualized attention. Carla is helping me with techniques that are giving me the confidence to sing more freely. I definitely hear my vocal ability improving.

Been in for about a month and I notice improvement. I have never taken choir or other vocal lessons so I cant "compare" at all... but they have been seeming to hit all the fundamentals and are personable. Note the teachers are international so their English is good but it is a second language. Doesn't hurt the lesson but can take a bit extra to convey ideas to students.

When I signed up to take advantage of the Kickstarter program, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised with the available resources and the high quality instruction. The only instructor I worked with was Carla N., but after the first lesson, I was so impressed with her teaching that I made sure to adjust my schedule to make her available times. This was true even when I transitioned to semi-private lessons. I'm not a singer, and have always felt I didn't have that capacity. Carla gave me exercises, tools and feedback that made a noticeable difference. For that, I am greatly appreciative.

I signed up for a signing course and asked for a refund. It was bad structured and very comprehensive. I sent them a few emails but I still haven't gotten any response.
Waste of time,
they just stole my money.

Adam has been great to me for the YEARS that I’ve been with him. He’s kept every single promise made so far and his courses and lessons are a huge value. He’s very knowledge but also very good at relaying that knowledge to his students.

Everything was as it was advertised. Great course for anyone looking to improve their voice at their own pace. I saw a lot of improvement when I took the course.

I'm writing this review because I can't believe the overall low review average that this course has only because of billing problems or technical issues (I had neither). Adam Mishan deserves a much higher Trustpilot rating based on the quality of the course and the many subscribers that never had a problem and think the course is great.

Great course for beginners and advanced. I see a lot of the negative reviews and from what I've read of them, they were mostly user error. AM Studios responds to them to make it right which is more than I can say for a lot of these types of courses. In my experience as a Classical and Opera singer, the live one on one course I had greatly helped me with singing in a different style. Unfortunately, I had to put it on hold and just watch the Basic course videos. I plan on doing the advanced course at a later time. As a voice teacher for classical singing, I could tell these instructors know their trade. I highly recommend them especially if you are a beginner. I am in no way affiliated with them at all. Just giving a fair review in my experience.

Unfortunately, I was ripped off by Adam Mishan. After I signed up for his basic course, we met on a video call. He convinced me that a one month group video call session would be beneficial. I mentioned that I would not be able to start it immediately and was assured by Adam that I could jump in anytime, but was encouraged to attend the four sessions consecutively. Shortly thereafter, a number of family issues came up the prevented me from committing to the four consecutive. Since I was assured that I could begin that 4 week session at any time, I put on the backburner for three months. In reviewing my credit card statement at that time, I realized AM Vocals had charged me the $195 monthly fee for three months even though I had not yet attended a single session.
After contacting Adam and his team about the charges, the error was acknowledged and an assurance was made that my account would be credited. After more than six weeks of weekly emails, I finally received a credit, but for only one month. Since that time, I have emailed Adam almost weekly, but now neither he or his team have responded at all.
In our video call, Adam came across as a sincere and trustworthy individual. He is NOT!

Purchased a course in 2022 - link no longer works. Reached out 3 times in the last few weeks to get access to a product I paid for and instead was enrolled into an email newsletter with more promotional materials. Never heard from Adam or a member of the team. Feeling rather scammed and would recommend to avoid at any cost.

I signed up for this and never heard back from ANYONE!!!!! Can't read anything or view any other important materials. Paid $47 for absolutely NOTHING!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER!!!

Deceitful scammers. I know 100% I didn’t sign up for the additional courses yet, I was charged for them. Was told I’d get a refund and 6 weeks later no refund. I wish I read reviews before I signed up!

I purchased the intro course, intermediate and advanced course. I requested a refund for the advanced course. At this point, I’ve followed up 3x, requesting the refund. Each time, I’ve gotten a polite response saying, “I apologize for the delay in processing your refund. Your request has been escalated, and I will follow up with our finance team to ensure it is processed as soon as possible.” With no refund.

I’m also not sure how Adam Mishan can expect people to get to a high level of singing with the course offering. At best, I found it somewhat useful for vocal training. However, the lying has soured the whole experience.

I am not affiliated with AM Vocal Studios at all, but deciding to work with Adam as my vocal coach, was one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. The $9.00 intro course is well worth the price. One can opt into more courses, but you can opt-out if you want. I am visually impaired, and I was able to get the courses I was interested in. I did not realize that I got the advanced course twice, and I got my money back with no problem at all. I am such an extrovert, so the Discord community that is active was a plus for $9.00. Outside of the weekends, the admins (and even Adam himself) will answer questions. A community like that is well worth the money! Five stars from me for sure! I highly recommend AM Vocal Studios for all your vocal needs!

They are a complete scam. I paid 9 dollars for an introduction and they billed me for three courses at once, the expensive ones, the complete initiation course, the intermediate course and the advance course: 170 dollars in total. I wrote protesting and demanding a refund and someone always responds to me, apparently very kind (I'm sure it's an AI) telling me that I'm right and that it's a mistake, and that they are processing my return. And they never give me my money back. When I write again they tell me exactly the same thing without taking into account that they have been telling me for two months that they will refund my money and it never happens. It is an automatic AI.
A real scam.
