I got out of my comfort zone and signed up to Ange's 6 week 'Embrace your Truth' group course. What a way to start the year with an incredibly comprehensive course designed to get you thinking. Ange's gentle style of coaching is empowering and provoking and unbelievably supportive. Everyone on the course has their own reasons for signing up and the weekly topics were relevant, important and impactful to each individual.
I can't recommend Angela Spencer enough, you won't regret it. After the guided weekly sessions I have a renewed sense of focus, clarity and determination thanks to Ange's enlightened reasoning and support.
If you are hesitant about joining a group experience please don't worry. We started the course as complete strangers. The honesty, openness and shared dedication to the sessions were such a breath of fresh air. It was comforting having the support of other like-minded women. I will be forever grateful for this experience.

I have completed the 6 week Embrace your Truth course with Ange, and highly recommend working with her. I wasn’t sure what to expect of the course, but I have previously been on one of Ange’s retreat days which was fabulous. The course was so helpful. In 6 weeks I realised and addressed issues and things I hadn’t realised were affecting me , and I now have clarity as to what to change for me , and how. The exercises we learnt were so useful and will continue to be. I have redefined my priorities and how I spend my time, and it is all down to Ange. I look forward to working with her again.

I had the best experience with Angela. I was going through a time of change. Angela helped me unpack my feelings and gave me lifelong tools which I could use to understand the way I feel, and create positive mindsets and coping strategies. As well as aid me to unlock what I desire in life and how I can reach my full potential. Angela is a fun and caring coach to work with. She has lots of life and self development experience which she can assist others with and she gave me lots of good book recommendations which were inspiring. Angela is a wonderful coach, who is skilled at guiding conversations that lead you to unlock whole new levels of self-awareness. She also provides you with the tools to get really clear on your goals and identify the actions you can take to make them happen.
