As clearly mentioned in your rental voucher, a valid credit card in the main driver’s name is required at the time of pick-up to secure the security deposit. As a car rental broker, we are required to follow the supplier’s rental terms and cannot override or intervene in their credit card or deposit policies.
We also sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the child seat. We regret that this aspect of your rental did not meet your expectations. Please be assured that your feedback has been documented and will be shared with the supplier for review and service improvements.
We deeply regret that these issues impacted your plans and appreciate your understanding.
