I got a wrong order and now have no chance in getting the order I wanted in the beginning because my size doesn’t exist anymore. I would have bought the product with the right order but now I’m not going to make a new purchase. If you don’t want to loose customers like this, you should figure out how to make this process better.

We apologize for the inconvenience and fully understand your frustration. We would feel the same if we did not get what we ordered. Unfortunately, sometimes, as humans we make mistakes, and this was one of them. We do all that we can to minimize, but sometimes, they slip through.
To add insult to injury, were out of stock, which you also mentioned yourself. And that is very unfortunate.
We take your feedback in and will do all that we can to optimize this process, but this will not eliminate the fact, that we as humans make mistakes sometimes.

I ordered these shoes for my husband, and he loves them - I agree they are very nice and superb quality. Ordering was easy, great comms keeping me up to date and they arrived within a few days. Would definitely buy from Vinnys again.

EVERYTHING RIGHT...
Got my sandals right on the ETA date. Beautiful packing, great looking product, fit perfect. Better than expected as they were coming overseas.
Was worried that there might be delays, but none. Worried the product might now fit, but was right on size. Everything good, no negatives.

We're sorry to hear that the email never got to you. Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes, they do end up there. We can see in our e-mail system that the e-mail was sent to you on February 19th. The subject line is: Thank you for signing up!
That being said, you are more than welcome to reach out to our customer service team, who would have been able to add the code to your order. That way, we could have applied it before checkout and avoided the experience of not getting the code added at checkout.
With all this being said, we will go ahead and refund you the 10%, as we can see that you have subscribed to our newsletter.

Godt produkt, middelmådig service
Jeg bestilte et par loafers, og fik dem leveret hurtigt og uden problemer. Størrelsen var desværre for stor. Jeg kontakter Vinny's for at spørge, om jeg kan komme forbi og ombytte. Jeg kan komme forbi ugen efter, men kun for at aflevere skoene, jeg kan ikke få et par nye med. Jeg tilbød også at jeg kunne hente/ombytte i Storkøbenhavn, det var ikke aktuelt for Vinny's. Det er som sådan fair nok.
Jeg synes bare servicen er lidt sløj, jeg ender med at betale 3x fragt for et par sko til 2400,- DKK, plus jeg skal vente på at de modtager skoene jeg har sendt retur, så skal jeg yderligere vente på at modtage pengene retur, før jeg så kan bestille det nye par.
Men altså, fede sko.

We're sorry that you have had a bad experience, and we're doing all that we can to help you. But in order for us to help, it needs to be a leveled playing ground.
We have a return portal, and this portal helps us keep track of all returns. It provides us with the tracking info, etc. You have not completed your return using our portal, and we, therefore, have no visibility when it comes to your return. We then asked for you to provide us with the tracking number, which you have yet to provide us. We have no chance of helping you when we don't have any visibility on your return since we have not been provided any information on it.
And as stated in our refund policy, the parcel has to be delivered directly to our office, if you are not using our return portal. So far, no parcel has been received at our office, and in a case, where it might have been lost by the courier, we're also unable to help since we don't have any information on your return.
We look forward to your answer, by e-mail, so we can help you out.

Vinny’s deserves 5 stars. It’s not just the shoes, the quality or the price, its also the aftersales service. I contacted their customer service 7 months after I bought loafers, I needed advice for repairing some damage I inflicted to the left shoe. They were eager to help and offered to pay the shoemakers bill. Thats very classy.
