Experience with Victor Michael has been good so far. Suna, the letting negotiator was particularly good at her job and answered most of our queries patiently. Handover of the keys could have been little better as when we moved in the flat we found out lot of stuffs were not working and observer leakages from some place. Given, the place was empty for almost a month, these issues could have been fixed well in advance.

Very pleased with quick and professional service that I have received from Suna and Piyush at Victor Michael. I definitely recommend the agency.

We rented our current flat through the agency. We also faced some trouble through the process, including a missing bed issue once moved in. The complex experience was alright and our agent Ben, that was proactive and highly response, tried to help, as he could.
