VM just let my property and I would highly recommend them. I had no issues. Communication was excellent through the marketing and also after a tenant was found. The admin team know what they're doing. VM were competing against another local agent and ended up letting it in what I found to be a fairly weak market.

Homeless pensioner landlord
I needed to move out of my Stratford E15 flat. I met Piyush the manager of VM, he is a charming man and I let my flat, and tried to sell it in order to buy a retirement flat, through VM.
Last November I needed to move back in but the tenants refuse to leave until the council rehouses them.
Meanwhile I have nowhere to live.
VM Management started the eviction process through Homelet - made a mistake and started again from the beginning 6 months later.
Their legal team tells me I knew the council had paid the deposit for these tenants when I signed the agreement to let but I must say that wasn't clear to me or I wouldn't have signed. Now I feel foolish.
74 is a bad age to be sofa surfing while waiting to get back into my flat which it seems won't be this year; and as for selling with sitting tenants like these what are the chances. There has been interest in buying but no follow through due to the difficulty in getting sitting tenants out.
September - there is now damage to the flat & VM are advising me to pay £250 for this repair- it's the third time a window mechanism has needed to be repaired during this tenancy. I intended to deal with it when I finally move back in but VM has let me know that it may slow the eviction if I don't pay for it now. Meanwhile I am still sofa surfing.

The issue arose following the expiry of the tenants’ notice, when they did not vacate the property as required. We completely understand how frustrating and stressful this situation has been for you.
Unfortunately, where tenants remain in a property after the expiry of their notice, a letting agent has no legal authority to physically remove them or regain possession of the property without following the appropriate legal process. In this particular case, formal legal action has already been initiated to obtain possession of the property.
Throughout this process, we have continued to guide and support you as your managing agent and to assist with the steps required to resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.
Regarding review invitations, we occasionally invite our clients to share their honest feedback about our services. While we are sorry that your experience during this particularly difficult tenancy has led to a negative review, we do appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. It also highlights the importance of clear communication and support when dealing with complex tenancy and possession matters.

Seamless experience with Madalina
Madalina arranged for me to get my property’s electrical certificates, PAT test of appliances and EPC. I would highly recommend going with her as this was all organised well - I was regularly updated on the progress made and the dates and timelines given were accurate. By far my best tenant experience
I found it very enjoyable to rent from Victor Michael: it is much more responsive and tenant-friendly than other agencies. The agent managing the property I rented, Kelly, has been amazing throughout: very responsive, flexible, and friendly. She has efficiently helped solve any issue I have had, including arranging very timely repairs when needed, which were mostly done by the same person (Vijay), who is always very nice, helpful and reliable. Highly recommend this agency!
