Victor Michael was a recommendation as I'm not local to area and boy was the recommendation a great one.
Piyush couldn't have been any more helpful and supported me every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble from scheduling viewings to arranging the EPC and access for the surveyor. He made my life super easy. Sale was super quick, with regular emails & updates as well as the much needed phone calls. I would definitely request Piyush Kahtri and his team again and wouldn't hesitate to request Victor Michael sell my property. Thanks team!

Great professional service
For a first time landlord my son and me were so expertly and patiently guided and adviced by Piyush, Abu and Esta and the whole team. Explained the whole process simply and licensing and all other certificates needed. Clear precise instructions which made it so easy for us.
We were apprehensive as all first timers are. But the property was rented out so quickly and efficiently in such a short time. Tenant vetted, and all checks done fast.
Each department works promptly and as a team keeping us updated at every step.
