Victorian Bathrooms 4 U Recensioni

Great service,,top blokes Defo use again

The easiest online purchase, delivery was much quicker than stated and the courier kept me up to date until a few minutes before delivery. I have used Victorian Bathrooms 4 U before and I shall use again.

Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable service.

Excellent from start to finish. Navigating website through to delivery and quality of goods was super. A great on line find, as I was a little nervous at first. Yet to have our bathroom fitted, but having checked all the items on delivery, we cannot fault. Thank you!

Competitive price for the shower door and panel. I was contacted a few days after placing the order for delivery date, all went smoothly.

This was my first order with this company and I found it excellent- speedy delivery( 1 hour delivery window - so no waiting in all day ) and competitive price . I would definitely purchase there again

We bought the White Space Arnold 1480 x 680 Single Ended bath as well as the panels. Ordering and delivery was good. But on unwrapping the bath, the guys who are installing it discovered a chip on the side rim. Disappointing but this may be due to poor packaging / transport. Luckily, the chip is on the side and won't be noticed. Still, it was an expensive bath and one would hope it would arrive intact.

The taps were very well packed and boxed to prevent damage. Delivered on time.

Excellent service, goods sent immediately, thank you

order has been received quickly, thank you

Advised delivery Friday; waited in all day. Eventually phoned and they apologised and said it would arrive Monday. It arrived and was left at my door on Saturday when I wasn’t in.
Haven’t unpacked item. Other than delivery confusion am pleased with speed.

I ordered a bath on 6/7th of jan - I had to ring them for an update on the 13th because I didn’t get an email about shipping etc and when it was gonna be delivered .. lucky I did ring them as the bath was out of stock and no one bothered to let me know! Which I think is bad customer service!

Only thing that was good was that they refunded me the next day straight away but if I didn’t call would I have been informed ? !!

Decent price, reasonable delivery time.

I am very impressed by the customer service at Victorian Bathrooms 4 U. As it was the first day back to work in the new year I was expecting to be waiting ages in a queue for my call to be answered. What a pleasant surprise to hear a friendly voice immediately! Levi was extremely helpful and was able to give me accurate lead times on delivery for a toilet that I wanted to place an order for. I have now placed my order and look forward to receiving it. It is so refreshing to be able to talk to a real person rather than sending emails to anonymous customer service operatives. I would definitely recommend Victorian Bathrooms 4 U. Thank you again Levi.

Friendly service, prompt delivery, good communication, exactly the product we wanted - what more should we ask for?

Excellent product. Fantastic delivery. Thank you
