The food was quite good to be honest, but I still prefer to cook myself.

I didn't like the vegan meals on offer. Portions were small for the price. I wouldn't order it again, but will try another vegan food supplier.

The whole ordering process was easy and the website worked well BUT....
I am trying to eat more healthy food including controlling my calories so I ordered the low calorie meals which according to the website are all under 500 calories. THEY AREN'T... they are only under 500 calories per 100g and as each meal is 400g you could get 2000calories in a meal.
The food was OK but the misleading advertising has completely put me off especially when you start looking at the fat and sugar contents, they are not actually that good for you.
Sorry Vibrant Vegan but I don't think you have been honest on your website.

We've had a really good experience with Vibrant Vegan so far. The website is really easy to use and we've had great customer service.

Love the bright food packaging and the sustainable delivery materials.

We've had some really tasty meals but some that were slightly less flavoured for our taste, and we've found some of the balls in meals go a bit hard when cooked.

The convenience of having ready meals has worked really well for us while working from home, although we have cooked up some veg to go on the side to up our 5 a day a bit and satisfy some cooking cravings!

Really nice meals, just too expensive I think. As you can buy vegan microwave meals for a lot cheaper in supermarkets. Nice healthy dishes though :)

Really excellent service!! The website was really intuitive to use, and the meals came so quickly and very hassle-free. I also really like that I can return the packaging to you, although I haven't gotten around to doing that yet. But overall really impressed with the service!

The meals I choose were slightly taste less unfortunately, however the customer services was excellent.

Excellent service. Could be improved by when you choose the Takeaway box offer... It doesn't let you pick a day for delivery.

Some initial issues with ordering to a new address (order placed, accepted, cancelled then given very wrong information as to why it was cancelled). This was brought up to VV directly (I don't do online media slating) and quite quickly dealt with. Simon was a great help on the email!

Re ordered my meals, everything delivered! Sorted!

My family are loving the packaging VV use, especially the ability to send back the deliver box and cooler bag (which I need to do asap!)

Theyre not getting the chance to love the meals yet - because I am not sharing!

I really like the flexibility of Vibrant Vegan, I can switch up the frequency, skip a week, change my meals really easily online, it's perfect. I opted for the chef's choice as my first box, a strong variety of flavours and meal options, all tasting much better than if I were to buy a ready meal from a supermarket.

The packaging is super eco friendly, I'm saving up a few freezer bags at a time before sending them back to be reused. A really neat initiative, it would be great if there was some incentive to promote more of this.

Would be great if there was an opportunity to suggest meals, or ideas. (Vegan cottage pie please)

Was really disappointed to be honest. The recipes sounded delicious, your packaging is so inviting, the flavours were pretty tasty and spice was good.

The textures were really not good unfortunately. Anything with pasta/ noodles/ rice was so stodgy and dry (all the sauce had dried up). Had two different types of ‘meatballs’ one meal was burnt and I couldn’t put my fork into them. Another meal they were so dry, I cut into them and they were mostly filled with air.

Amazing vegan food! The best vegan ready meals I have ever eaten, they were all delicious.

I am really surprised with how well it actually tastes but portions are to small for me xD

Tasty vegan food on your doorstep. What's not to like? Would love even more dishes to choose from.

Really good idea, and helpful for those trying to eat more plant based.

I am a vegan, so was quite excited to try this especially as the price was reasonable.

However the meals were really lacking seasoning in my opinion, also portions could be a bit bigger.

I have not had any food yet. So too early to say.
