Delicious
Timely delivery with a no fuss ordering process. But the best part is the food, ready in minutes just like any ordinary ready meal. That’s where the similarity ends, top ingredients that lead to a taste explosion in the mouth. I’ve tried other chef cooked subscriptions but Hey Fresco are the best. They are better tasting and far more nutritious than anything I could cook myself. I have no problem recommending them to other vegan/vegetarians.

Everything was excellent apart from the long wait for delivery - 6 days . and I received no e mails to confirm my order I must say this is unusual , Delivery is usually much quicker and a confirmation of order email is usually received

Food tastes decent
Food tastes decent, good for a spare time. Better elsewhere. Most of the veggie food has just Butternut squash, which didn't taste great defrosted. Also they gave me a chicken dish, despite all my other boxes being veggie.

Good delivery and the meals are nice
Ordered from here a few times now, I’ve found the meals to be nice and of decent quality. The delivery driver was friendly. Would be good to see some new meals in the range.

Had my first order delivered
Had my first order delivered. I ordered the meals for 2 people. However, these are definitely not meals for 2. The quantity is more like 1.5. Which is fine when you add rice but the pasta meal you can't add additional pasta as the sauce was insufficient and the cottage pie you can't add additional mash. It sort of makes the idea of ready meals redundant when you have to add/cook extra. So unfortunately won't be ordering again.

Good range of tasty, easy to prepare meals
Good range of tasty, easy to prepare food and good customer service. Easy to navigate the website. The only thing stopping me giving 5* is that both orders I've made so far have been the only package on the van - meaning the driver had to drive from Birmingham area to North Yorkshire for one customer. Good service in one way, but it must really cut your profits and it makes me very uncomfortable about the eco-credentials. I want to keep ordering, but will have to think very carefully about it. Surely a courier service would be more efficient and cost-effective for you as well as being kinder to our planet.

Low Calorie bundle is spicy
I ordered the Low Calorie Ready Meals Bundle hoping for variety but I didn't know that most of the meals are spicy and I can't eat spicy :( so I had to donate the food.
Delivery and logistics 10 out of 10 I must say.

Great lifeline service
I order the vegetarian bundle for my daughter who isn’t able to shop and cook properly because of her health. It’s a great way for her to have good quality meals and the cost is fair. I have found ordering simple and delivery prompt with good information all along. I haven’t tried the meals myself, but I know my daughter really likes them. Great service all round.

Exceptional quality

Delicious Dish
The spinach and ricotta cannalloni was delicious, wonderfully balanced, just like home made. We all enjoyed it as a family dinner, even my 5y/o, and he’s a tricky customer!

Reliable and prompt service.
Service was delivered on time as promised. I found the food very tasty. I found if you defrost the food before cooking the prescribed tme and temp is way too high.
