Great experience with regular communication and extensive product options. As a company ourselves we have been previously advised by other lenders that we could not get a buy to let mortgage. However Vibe managed to find a solution with no hassle. Will certainly be using again for our next ventures.

I have recently used Vibe for 2 BTL mortgages, one personally and one for my business. Both times I have been exceptionally pleased with my experience.

The BTL for the business was a particularly challenging case as the building was of abnormal construction and had various other factors which had made the building 'unmortgageable' according to another mortgage broker who failed to secure me a mortgage. Vibe managed to secure me a mortgage and helped me through the process with ease and confidence.

I would absolutely recommend this firm and will no doubt, use them as my go-to in the future.

I had used a local broker for years and exhausted all options on this particular purchase by having a nil valuation. George contacted me via a FB group with some simple advice, which I took him up on. It was a tricky purchase that George pulled out of the bag unexpectedly. I used VIBEs services last year to get a 1st time LTD company mortgage for a residential letting. The property itself was of a non standard construction so it was important for me to enquire with a company that has good connections within the industry and takes the time to understand my specific requirements.

I mainly dealt with Kim, who was able to give some free advice / info as part of our intro call. I was provided with 3 high level lending options within days of the initial intro which I was really impressed with given the non standard construction of the property.

Once I decided to move forward with the offer it was smooth sailing with VIBE. I had some issues with solicitors getting the correct documents which delayed the mortgage, but VIBE assisted in putting some pressure on them so that we could get it all completed in time.

I highly recommend VIBE and will be using them again in the future.
