Great advice, support & service
The team were great at giving me advice that was specific to my situation and circumstances as a single parent household. Remortgage made easy
I came back to Marcus again for a re mortgage as everything was so easy last time. Same again this time, prompt responses, any questions I had was clearly answered. Made it an easy process. Will be back once my existing mortgage has ended

5 Year Fixed - Great Deal

Never Trust a Guy With A Double Barrell Name
I am not sure where to begin.
Marcus and his staff are impossible to reach, he always seems to be on holiday and unreachable. When you see him in person he is either booking his next holiday or distracted by his phone looking at instagram.
Suggest you go else where to get results.

Apologies you feel this way. Unfortunately as a small independent it’s difficult to take time off and we pride ourself on providing the best possible service. I’ve made the decision to take the week off taking advantage of the bank holiday weekend and returning to work Wednesday! I’m not sure how my girlfriend would feel about me looking at women on my Instagram but would appreciate not making such personal comments. I also haven’t got any messages from a Benjamin Sayers, so it’s either the staff have not passed on the message or this is a fake name. Marcus provided a great level of support on both a new mortgage and remortgage that we've recently undertaken. I found him extremely proactive, easy to hold of and very understanding of our situation and what we were trying to achieve. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use Marcus again.

Very happy with my remortgage
Marcus took the time to listen to my situation, was able to provide a list of options, and helped me choose the one that worked best for me. He was also good at following up with the mortgage company even as the process dragged on due to a technicality over the address. I wouldn't hesitate to use Marcus again.

Brilliant mortgage broker
Me and my girlfriend went to see Marcus to get our mortgage and he went above and beyond for us. He was a brilliant advisor even though we looked set too be getting a bad rate because of my credit history he kept trying, we then had a massive change in circumstances and Marcus got us a refund on the product we was getting and managed to get us an excellent rate elsewhere. would definitely reccomend Marcus without hesitation and will use again to remortgage.

Complex mortgages, a breeze
Being a very difficult customer, Marcus made completing two remortgages and a residential mortgage a breeze. He took his time, broke everything down for me and provided all the information needed. Superb work
Superb work, My Mortgage was arranged within no time. Marcus is extremely good at his job. He is kind enough to speak to me in the evening after my work, went through my circumstances over the phone. Next morning I already had an email from him at 8:30am with Confirmation of initial acceptance of my Mortgage and few days later I had my formal offer letter for my Mortgage loan.
