I’ve been waiting for my rugby shirt which I paid for over a month ago, have had no communication from them at all, have sent emails still nothing, looking like another scam , don’t go anywhere near this company

Ordered a six nations Italy shirt at £22. Shirt has not arrived and they are not responding to any contact.
DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. They are thieves. Who will take your money and not deliver. I should have checked reviews first. Absolute joke

Do not under any circumstances use this company. Placed an order for two shirts in January, received confirmation of the order and funds taken but despite several email to customer service to date I have no shirts and no replies to my emails. Complete scam.

Scam company. Tried to take extra payments from my account. Made even better had to get a new card and bank wouldnt refund me.

Am really disappointed I ordered a Scotland rugby shirt in January and still waiting ive sent numerous emails to ask when I will receive my item but still waiting on a response not one person has replied

Do not buy from this company, takes money , don’t send products and ignores emails sent asking where product is or ignores requests for refund . Absolute disgrace

If I could vote zero I could.
Ordered a rugby top on 2nd January with plenty of time for it to arrive for the 6 nations.
Still hasn't arrived and I've been ignored on all 4 of my emails.
Bank are dealing with it now. But absolutely avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered two rugby tops on 7th Jan with a 7 to 10 day turnaround. Still waiting and no response to 3 emails. Reading other reviews I expect to be disappointed if they do arrive. Do not buy from this company!

Absolutely shocking company.
Like many, it seems. I was suckered by the “Original England rugby shirt”.
On arrival, without removing from the wrapper it was clearly counterfeit and a very poorly made fake at that.
I immediately requested a refund but was told that I would need to pay the return shipping.
I informed them that as they hadn’t sent what was advertised or ordered, it fell on their shoulders to pay for postage if they wanted them back.
They then offered me 15% refund and I could keep the tops.
Told them I didn’t want them and reiterated that postage was their responsibility as I’d not been sent what was advertised.
They then offered 35%.
At this point I said that if we couldn’t sort this amicably I’d just report them to the relevant authorities and get my bank to recover my money. Surprisingly there was no reply’s after that!
So that’s what I did. It was a bit long winded and as it’s only £55, I nearly thought stuff this and wrote it off, but that would have means the robbing scum would have won!
The bank wanted all the email trail and 3rd party proof that the shirts were indeed fake (I just took a video of the shocking polyester printed fake next to my cotton embroidered Castor England sweatshirt).
Within two days the money had been credited back to my account.
Sad that Google allow these companies to be sponsored ads with words like official and genuine shirts.
I guess the old adage is right
“If it seems too good to be true, it probably is”

I ordered a rugby shirt as a Christmas present. When it arrived it is clearly a fake, wrong size and poor quality material. When I requested a refund they refused but offered me another top for free. Absolute scam. They are a Chinese company who are out to scam everyone. Avoid at all costs!

I bought 2 rugby shirts. These were Christmas Presents ordered in time. They were delivered in the New Year. The shirts were extremely small and extremely poor quality. At least three sizes down. I tried to exchange. They wouldn’t exchange. They said I had to but two more shirts and they would give me two in addition. I would then have paid for 4 shirts in total. I said I wanted a refund. A return or bigger shirts. They refused point blank unless I paid out more money. Horrible company in China. Poor customer service. It’s not immediately clear that items were from china. I wouldn’t have bought them otherwise. Don’t use this company. Poor experience and regret it

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a large lady’s size, which turned up and would barely fit a a small child. No returns policy. Offered a refund of 15% which equated to £3. Then was told ‘ Hello, we did not send the wrong size. This is not our fault. I have already done my best to secure a refund for you. Please consider it‘. Huge scam. DO NOT USE.
