I ordered golf balls for friends 60th. It took three attempts to get the graphic how I wanted it and I mistakenly put the wrong year on the printed side of the ball after the third attempt My mistake. When I completed the order I never got a confirmation email to allow me to check my work so I tried logging into my account and couldn’t get access even though my iPhone had saved the access details. I now have 24 golf balls that say he is 59. This could have been a simple fix.

We're sorry you are disappointed with your golf balls.
Before placing your order there are two points at which you are shown a visual of your artwork. Firstly within the customiser as you are creating your balls and then again at the shopping cart stage.
As mentioned the artwork is also saved in your account on the website, if you are having problems accessing this then we are always around to help you get back in and confirm what we see from our end for printing onto your golf balls.
As yours was a smaller quantity order which was digitally printed we aren't able to send over a visual proof once the order has been placed. We do say this within the description and print information tabs within each product.
They saved the day!
I looked online for what I wanted and the only place was this company. I had left it to the last min to order not taking into account Xmas. I needed them by a set date and they replied asap and got them made up and out for delivery super fast. This was for my dads 90th birthday and part of the 'party bags' at the golf club 'party' . 100% recommend and best price too!

Well done
Well done! I ordered some top quality balls with a company logo on and the print was slightly different to what I had expected. There are 2 types of printing which was explained in more detail.
Daryl was very professional and understanding and the matter was resolved.
I would definitely recommended as the service was outstanding and will use them again. Well done. 🏌️♂️⛳️

Super quick and affordable
Orders 6 boxes of Callaway Supersoft balls and our society logo design, printed and delivered within 24hrs and still cost less than buying ProV1s from the pro-shop

Great attention to detail
As captain of our golf society this year I have purchased some personalised balls, towels and ball markers.
The service has been very quick, and I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail on the artwork I provided.
I would definitely use them again.

Rubbish Customer Service
2 weeks ago I contacted this company asking if they had a certain item still for sale. The women politely requested that I email them - I have sent 3 emails over the past 10 days asking whether they had Titleist NXT Tour Practice balls in stock. Nothing heard!! So frustrating that nobody can even be bothered to answer my emails. Rubbish customer service = crap company! Waste of time.

One shot removes image!
I bought 4 boxes of balls with various logos added.
Looked good.
But It wears off after one strike! One!
Play a few shots and you are lucky to see where the original image was!
Most of us have used or had personalized balls from various golf courses or sponsors and the image remains after striking and is as durable as the ball brand name and number. These are a very poor quality that doesn't last at all.
I did get a refund for the personalization cost from the company - but I bought 4 dozen balls I perhaps wouldn't have if this issue was known.

Hi Garret, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the printing on your golf balls. I can see from our email correspondence earlier in the year that we did let you know that the printing option for smaller quantity orders is only semi-permanent so it will wear during play. Through our testing we have discovered that some balls don't hold the print as long as other balls due to their cover and the Distance ball which you ordered is one of these. We do have a section within each product about the durability of the print and within the products which we know aren't as durable have additional information. I can see that we did refund the printing cost of the balls to you because of the durability issue. If you are looking for a permanent print option our logo service does offer a permanent print, these are printed in the same way as the branding from the manufacturer.
Personalisation wears off - don't buy
Really frustrated, ordered personalised balls with our company logo on. The personalisation washes off after a few shots. I called up and was just told to refer to the website, where it's 'clearly stated' that the personalisation will come off, but it just says 'The print may wear during play', which is not clear. I was then told to buy more (different) balls. Furthermore, I wrote a review on the product page of the website and it says it's waiting for the team to publish it. No resolution was offered and I can't return them. Really hate to leave a bad review, I would prefer to find a resolution.

I'm sorry you are disappointed with the print on your golf balls. As you were told on the phone our digital print for smaller quantity order is only a semi-permanent print. We have a section about durability within the product description on all of the balls and on the particular ball you ordered there is an additional note in bold saying that the print is less durable than some of the other Srixon balls due to the cover on the ball. We do regularly test the print durability on our golf balls and on any balls which aren't as durable as we would expect have included additional information within the product description.

Fantastic service, very prompt and high quality. I explained to the lady in customer service my personalised driver cover was required for fathers day and it arrived within 2 days. Cannot praise highly enough.

Personalised Golf Balls
Before you buy personalised balls "semi-permanent" or "fairly durable" please note what Best4Balls.com say "Our personalised service is a semi-permanent print, so it will wear off during play. We would expect the print to last around 9-18 holes...." I really think that they should be more explicit that their interpretation of "fairly durable" means as little as 9-18 holes. I did not expect the earth but fairly durable in this context is an oxymoron.

Hi Marc. As mentioned in our various emails the durability of the print varies from ball to ball. We would expect this to last around 9-18 holes, certain balls will retain the print longer others less. The cover of the ball and the playing conditions do impact the print durability so it is difficult for us to be more specific. We mention on the product that the print will wear during play and on balls which we know aren't as durable put more specific information within the product description.

Ordered some balls as a repeat…
Ordered some balls as a repeat customer. The text looked different and not as they did the last time and the logo looked like it had been put on upside down compared to the text. They turned up just packaged in a plastic parcel bag. The edges of the box were dented and as a Christmas gift it looked a bit naff. I sent an email to them which got ignored and never replied to. Disappointed with the customer service and wouldn’t use them again based on this.

I can't see an email from you with your complaint after receiving your order but I can see what I think is correspondence from you beforehand placing your order where I can see we assisted you in being able to place a re-order.
Our website allows you to place a re-order for a product which will be customised with the same artwork or you can use new artwork. It appears as though you did upload different text to side one of your golf balls when placing your order so this is why they would have differed.
We're aware that sometimes parcels do get damaged during transit so we are always happy to send out replacement boxes upon request and we would be more than happy to send you a new box if you would like to drop us an email.
Overall very pleased with the service
Overall very pleased with the service. I dealt with the contact centre on the phone and Daryl via email and was confident they were dealing with my order. Quality of the branded logo on my Titleist ProV1x balls was good and would order again. I couldn't get my preferred number on the balls but in the grand scheme of things with current supply chain issues, I was pleased to get my order delivered before Christmas!

Unfortunately the Special Play number golf balls you wanted were not in stock with us and Titleist are completely out of stock of all golf balls until next year.

Excellent service from Daryl! - 12 dozen logo branded balls which look amazing. Despite delivery issues and long lead times proposed from Callaway, Best4balls were very pro-active in expediting delivery and printing for us. Branded logo colours proofs were sent to us for approval and the delivered balls are excellent and identical to our company colours. I strongly recommend Best4balls for printed golf balls.

Poor quality, poor customer service.
Absolutely disappointed with the service and quality. I ordered a personalised golf cap and despite me calling and explaining what I wanted and wrote specific instructions with the order. Best4Balls did not read or question the order, they just printed it and sent it out wrong. After 4 weeks of waiting for customer services to follow up on my email, I have not heard anything.
I can confidently say, I would not recommend best4balls, they will not query or give you any customer support.
I cannot express how appalled I am with their professionalism.
Do not use them.

We're sorry that you are not happy with your order.
We spoke a few weeks ago after you received the order to discuss your printing and embroidery options, plus the design that you had uploaded online.
You purchased one personalised cap and uploaded a pink logo, which is what we printed and despatched. The product has the option for a full colour print or a simple embroidery design (usually text, or simple logo). Your design was too detailed for embroidery, so the default for us was to print and not embroider (as mentioned on the product).
We understand that you would have preferred to have the logo embroidered, and we did offer you the option to simplify your design and have it digitised for an extra fee. This offer still stands, and our Customer Services team will be able to assist you.

AWFUL - avoid!!!!
AWFUL. I cannot recommend more that you use anyone else. Got a personalised shirt - instead of the nice logo shown on the picture what arrived was a big white sticker stuck to the arm…. Everyone that has seen it has laughed it’s that bad! Not as described and it looks like a child did it. Emailed and they couldn’t care less… so that’s why I’m warning you all
They replied to this (but not the email I sent, saying speak to customer service - already had and they said tough - no refund

We're sorry that you did not like the shirt which we personalised for you.
Most of our shirts are either embroidered or printed onto vinyl.
As mentioned on email, we could not embroider because there was a large amount of text, which would not be legible if embroidered onto the sleeve of a shirt. It's the same for white or black vinyl, which we could not pick and press.
