It was Ok, I understand these are hand crafted garments, and that means it takes time. I paid GOOD $$$ for expedited shipping and was unable to get the order on the time of what that option offered. My point here is if items are ordered then a customer should be informed if item/items are in stock. Then just ship normal or request if this is still DESIRED before shipping. I will say the sizes do seem to have more options and getting more accurate. one item we would return do to fit but that is not an option. Best thing is if you inquire the company is solid for getting back to you fast and its not generic responses. I am not sure I will order any more as I live in a remote area shipping is high, duties are high ,taxes are high. My wife looks amazing in this gear when it fits her petite shape, it is fun and sexy. Very pleased with color options, customer service just wish prices were a lil more reasonable for what it is. Also I highly recommend the site add more high def photos of the items but more focused on showing the color and detail as accurate as possible. Example how the fleck/sparkle in some material shows in light conditions. I also recommend more photos in different environments. PLEASE more more more pictures.

I bought 4 different colors latex gloves I usually need a Xsmall but the small fit perfect❗️They r great quality I have long pointy nails and was worried that I would rip them but I put them on carefully ❤️they also were shipped really fast ❗️I’m soo happy with them and want every color ❗️❤️❤️❤️

i didn’t know where to go when it came to wanting to try out latex for the first time, i felt drawn to Vex because of their authenticity when it comes to showcasing how much effort and creativity is put into the pieces IN the studio, they have endless variety aswell for you to pick and explore, the packaging is also very cute & elegant with it’s black wrap & gold sealed envelopes. the pieces look and feel almost surreal, i tried on my first suit & choker, belts, etc. and felt my confidence increase tremendously while also fulfilling a feeling of fitting in a missing piece of a puzzle, i feel like i also found myself through this artwork and fashion. will buy more pieces from this brand and this brand ONLY. 🖤🖤🖤 if you want to find good latex, Vex is for you.

The service was incredible, only matched by the quality of the gown. I turned heads at the event and many people wanted to know where I got it.

We bought the nylon catsuit for a photoshoot and it ripped in the first 10 minutes under both armpits and laddered down the leg very quickly. I expected this to be better made and more durable when bought from a shop like VEX.

At first I did not do custom for the Starfall thong and one other. The fit was not quite right. Then sized it custom and they are a perfect fit. Sorry you basically have to do custom if you want to look perfect. They do an exceptional job. Could not ask for me except for more custom Vex. Thank you so much. Im very happy.
