Communication is really good and clear from the start to the end.
The two guys were running a bit late so one rang me to apologies and to let me know that they are still going to come and remove the furniture.
When I went to the door the two guys were polite and apologied again for being late .

Really happy with today’s collection
Matthew was really helpful from start to finish, and I'm really happy with today’s collection! Freddie, the driver, was friendly, polite, and arrived right within the time slot I was texted this morning. Even though he was on his own (as his mate was off sick) he handled my 3 seater recliner sofa brilliantly.
I chose this family run company because they reuse and recycle most of what they collect, and it feels good knowing my sofa will be responsibly handled. Great communication, kind service, and I’d definitely use them again.

My experience
Professional, polite staff who are all helpful, supportive and friendly. From my first contact with this setvice to the excellent team that came on the day to remove my furniture. I will be using this service in the future and have promoted this service to friends and family.
Clear and simple process to book the service.
Best thing is not having a skip outside my hours and it worked out cheaper without.me having to pick up the items myself.
