I would have given more stars but unfortunately the guys were later than they should have been, they did let us know and it probably couldn’t be helped but it was still a nuisance.
Other than that the 2 chaps that came were polite and efficient with the removal of our old furniture, we were satisfied with how it went once they were here and would use them again.

We are the only licensed waste collection company to offer a free 2-hour arrival window as standard, as we know how important timing is for our customers. However, on occasion, unexpected traffic or delays at earlier jobs can cause us to run slightly behind schedule. Would have been 5 stars, But chaps were 20 min outside there 2hr time slot. Once here they soon packed our settee and chair into their van. Nice blokes, friendly and efficient.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Booked in the morning and had same day collection. I was kept up to date with the collection times. Had two lovely lads come they were very respectful of my property and upbeat and happy. Made light work of my removal. Honestly can’t recommend this company enough. Was super easy booking service very clear pricing. Will definitely use again if needed in the future. Thank you for a fab experience from start to finish ☺️ very happy.

Very clear were very professional
Very clear were very professional. They responded to my enquiry promptly and were able to book me in the same week. Their communication was clear and they ensured I was aware of any delays on the day. The furniture was collected from upstairs so I don’t have to bring it down myself as I found it to be heavy. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing Collection and Service
They collected a sofa and chairs from my mother on my behalf which whilst seemingly a simple job took over 2 hours to get out of the building and room !! The people were helpful and polite and made it seem like this wasn't a problem even when they had to take internal doors off to help my Mum out !!

Very quick and easy to book
Very quick and easy to book. Collected my sofas the following day. I was able to add a collect and drop off for a freezer to my mum’s house on the day. Prices for everything clearly stated on website so no surprises. Will definitely use them prior to my mum’s upcoming house move.

VeryClear collected two sofas and a footstool following a recommendation from Oak Furnitureland who we have purchased new sofas from. The communication was really good the 2 men that was going to collect the sofas and mattress were running late they rang me to inform that they will be collecting the items and they were sorry as they were run in a bit late.
