Our Salesman was Mark Allen from the start he made us relaxed and comfortable, he took us on a test drive and explained how the car worked etc. and we found the whole experience of buying our car an enjoyable experience. Fantastic customer service all round
I have a great relationship with Mark Allen from the sales team.. He really cares and went above and beyond to stay in touch with me regarding any newly received used vehicles and deals available for me. He knew that I needed to change my car and took it upon himself to ensure I got what I wanted.
Previously Mark and the service manager worked hard to obtain service documents from other garages to ensure my old car was dealt with under warranty for a serious concern in another dealer.. Without their help, I would have had no chance in resolving it and it would have been very costly.
By the way, their service plans are also spot on and worth considering.
I cannot recommend Virtu Sunderland highly enough.

Mark allen greeted me as I walked in but didn’t pressure me or follow me around. I said I wanted to buy a car and he was very helpful and sorted it. Contacted me to confirm deliver and sent bank details as unable to open link in email. Very helpful on collection and courtesy call followed.

She was very friendly , polite and professional .She did not push upsales , additional services were offered ,when I refused , she accepted it .
