The whole experience of buying my car was easy, straightforward and completely stress-free.
There was absolutely no pressure to buy — just honest advice and helpful recommendations based on what I actually needed from my car.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Ryan, who kept me updated and informed throughout the whole process and made everything feel simple and seamless.
A really positive car-buying experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for great service without the usual sales pressure.

Outstanding Service from Ben at Vertu Chesterfield! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently bought a blue Mini Cooper with a sunroof from Vertu’s Chesterfield branch, and the whole experience was excellent.
I travelled all the way from London to collect the car, but I felt completely confident doing so thanks to Ben, who looked after the sale. He sent me a fantastic video showing every aspect of the car and took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and thoroughly. It made buying a car from a distance so much easier and gave me complete peace of mind.
On top of that, Vertu offered me a much better trade-in value for my old car than We Buy Any Car, which made the deal even better.
A huge thank you to Ben for making the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. I’m absolutely loving driving around in my Mini, and you were right—I am getting used to my first automatic! It’s such a fun car to drive.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vertu Chesterfield, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Ben looking after you!

Ryan was very helpful and pleasant. I was on my way to another car dealer in Chesterfield and just called it to see a couple of cars I had seen on their website. I never got to the other dealer and purchased my car from Ryan.

Waste of time
Rang the chesterfield branch on Monday to get a quote for a service and a wet belt replacement…spoke to a woman who took all my details and said someone would call back by the end of the working day. Unfortunately it’s now Friday (perhaps I misunderstood which working day she meant?) I’ll take my hard earned money and business elsewhere!

Amazing experience, will be back!
I bought a car with the help of Al Prior. Al was amazing, he talked me through every step and listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered on all of it! I’m really happy with my car, it’s exactly what I wanted and for a price which was really reasonable for the level of service I received. Going to car dealerships as a young woman can sometimes be a bit scary and I often feel like I’ll just be ripped off but with Al it didn’t feel like this at all. I’ll definitely be back to see Al when I want a new car!
