Amazing experience, will be back!
I bought a car with the help of Al Prior. Al was amazing, he talked me through every step and listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered on all of it! I’m really happy with my car, it’s exactly what I wanted and for a price which was really reasonable for the level of service I received. Going to car dealerships as a young woman can sometimes be a bit scary and I often feel like I’ll just be ripped off but with Al it didn’t feel like this at all. I’ll definitely be back to see Al when I want a new car!

I'd suggest Vertu Vauxhall Chesterfield to a friend because the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable about the cars and associated products. Nothing is too much trouble. Ben was very approachable and friendly and maintained contact throughout the process. There were no hard sell tactics employed, which is always a positive. Fully recommended.

Friendly and helpful
The young man who dealt with us was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. He showed us around the available vehicles there and when none were catching the eye he found exactly what I was looking for at another branch and got it over for me. He kept me informed through the process and was again helpful when we went to collect it.

Excellent purchase experience
Your sales manager was excellent. He was very thorough and explained everything in the fullest detail. There was no pressure to buy. He identified the correct vehicle for me. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I hope to do so again next time I change cars.

I bought a new Grandland Ultimate from Vertu vauxhall Chesterfield.
The process and customer care was excellent and cannot rate them highly enough.
All the staff were amazing from the dealership to admin staff on the phone and especially Alan, who made sure everything went through smooth and was the best car salesman ive dealt with. Honest and working for the customer.
Will 100% be coming back for my next car!
