Vertu Carlisle - Very Good Service
Vertu Carlisle. Just wanted to thank Richard and Lee in the sales team at who were very helpful, informative and friendly this week when I went to view a used MG at Vertu Carlisle. Refreshingly honest and straightforward. They worked hard to understand what I wanted. Collection/drop off at the station was helpful. My 2nd experience of Vertu showrooms and came away from both with a very positive feeling, far better than other places.

Richard was a breath of fresh air after my previous appalling experiences with Group 1 BMW Hailsham, he was super helpfull and efficient, saw my new lovely Range Rover on a Wednesday night, Richard sorted the deal Thursday morning and my beautiful car was at my door Friday afternoon, Carlisle to Eastbourne. Absolutely brilliant, Vertu best( and Richard) car dealers I've ever dealt with in over 40 years of motoring.

Great experience
Probably the most simple, easiest car purchase I have made. The car was extremely well presented and polished and cleaned to perfection for a pre owned.
Richard made the process simple and efficient and the car was ready as agreed to collect on time.

We approached Jordan Davidson and found him very welcoming. He was honest and more importantly not at all pushy which I hate in a car sales person and would immediately put me off! He kept us updated about the status of our purchase from beginning to end. would certainly recommend vertu motors - Vauxhall Carlisle and if you’re thinking of going ask for Jordan.
