Vertu Toyota Worksop amazing garage to buy from the staff are super friendly very polite Adrian who was the sale assistant who helped me pick the car he was there from start to finish he was amazing I traveled 1 hour to Worksop I can tell you it was worth the drive I would recommend anyone to go there to buy a Toyota the warranty is second to none is amazing piece of mind thank you Adrian for everything

No Salesperson Pressure
Myself and my wife visited Vertu Worksop to view the used cars they had on offer. On approaching Rebecca the salesperson to obtain the keys to certain vehicle she was extremely obliging and very pleasant and helpful, there was no pressure at all from Rebecca she left us to look at the vehicle which we had chosen, then we asked for a test drive, Rebecca duly arranged this for us also accompanied us on the test drive pointing out the features of the vehicle. On return to the showroom we did purchase the vehicle Rebecca was very professional.

Excellent experience
The whole experience from enquiry to purchase has been outstanding. The sales representative Rebecca was friendly and there was no pressure. The business manager was a lovely lady who again had a very friendly and welcoming approach with no hard sell.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, Dan gave us time to look around and discuss the vehicle but was also available to answer any questions we had. No pushy sales but was very helpful and informative, relaxed, friendly discussions and when we went to pick the vehicle up, he took his time to ensure we were comfortable and understood the controls. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back when I next need a vehicle, I’m already recommending them to friends that’s how great the service was. From my initial call,to the last contact, everyone at Worksop Toyota was friendly,helpful and lovely to deal with.
Sales consultant Ben Croot went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my new car, nothing was too much trouble and all our encounters were really good due totally to Ben's happy nature and sense of humour!
No hard sell or intimidation which was a pleasant surprise too,they really go the extra mile here.
Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone I speak to.

Always a bit nervy buying a new car
Always a bit nervy buying a new car, especially when it isn't actually new. Not this time, though! The team were very helpful, considerate and attentive throughout the whole process – exactly what you need. My wife and I had a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish and will definitely be recommending Vertu to our family and friends.

I have had two cars from this dealer…
I have had two cars from this dealer (burrows) first car and Vertu for my second car. And I found that all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, whether it be maintenance ,parts, or sales.I must mention Adrian the sales consultant for his help and information .

Fantastic Dealership for buying and after sales service.
Great dealership to deal with both sales and service are fantastic. They are honest and loyal to customers with no hard sell. Evelina stood in for Dan who was sick and she did a great handover and her professionalism and manner couldn't be improved. Her knowledge of Toyota insurance and the handover process was exemplary. Car was valetted and dash cam from px car transferred to new vehicle. Minor dents repaired where possible.

Nervous Purchaser
As a new widow I was apprehensive about buying my first car alone. I was reassured by Mr Leonardo Filippo that he would do his very best for me and he delivered. I changed my mind on the car I wanted and nothing was too much trouble for him. He changed the car and I felt that he was genuine and not just trying to make money from me. From start to finish all the staff here were kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. In Particular I would recommend Mr Filippo and Adrian Hewitt who showed me how to work all the gadgets and gizmos. The car runs beautifully and I feel happy I can go back with any questions and be treated well.
