Salesman was helpful over the phone…
Salesman was helpful over the phone with purchasing the car. Later he Informed me that he would be going on holiday and would pass everything on to another colleague if car was delivered. I had to get public transport to pick up car, and salesman picked me up from bus station.

Toyota Vertu are very welcoming and inclusive. I had a lot of questions to ask about electric cars and the staff were very supportive and helpful. My choice of car was made very easy and I was able to take my time and confirm the order I wanted.

An excellent experience
From start to finish I had a very positive experience. The salesperson, Ali Yaseen, was informative and knowledgeable about the Aygo, which I was interested in. After I made the decision to get the car, Ali was extremely helpful with all aspects of the procedure and kept me informed about the situation while I was waiting for the delivery of the car that I chose. On the day of delivery he was very helpful in guiding me through the necessary paperwork and he explained the technology of the car, about which I knew nothing, very clearly and concisely.

senior salesman Terry Reid led me through the buying procedure and was very positive. There was a glitch in filling in the last part of the finance agreement but Terry swiftly sorted it out. Before I drove the car home, Terry explained all the gadgets inside the car. This was very helpful. Terry was open to questions and made me feel he knew so much. I would have no hesitation in buying from Terry at Vertu again
