Mark Allen at Sunderland vertu made the experience of buying a car smooth and easy. He was very knowledgable about the car I wanted and he guided me through the process from start to finish. Mark told me about all of the products that would specifically suit my cars needs and he ensured that I had a good understanding of them to be able to make an informed decision. As buying a car can be overwhelming when considering financial commitments, Mark gave me the space and time to process information and he put me at ease throughout to ensure that this was the right decision for me. I’d highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Went to Vertu dealership in Sunderland on 30 June 26 to see if they could take a car off my hands as my wife no longer needs it. Spoke to Kieran Bone and Jamie who advised us what they could offer and do for the wife.they explained everything in detail and after inspecting her car they made a generous offer, but me being me, I had my eye on the new model of the Peugeot 3008 as did my wife, so decided to put my 21 Plate 3008 in also, after further discussions inspection and offering a decent trade in value on both cars, they had in stock a 25 plate 3008 hybrid in perfect condition and only 10,000 miles on the clock.
Both Kieran and Jamie went above and beyond to ensure the car was ready for collection on 3 July 26, bearing in mind they were doing this in 4 days and the car had to transported from Paisley.
This is one of the best if not THEE BEST experiences I have had when looking for another car, also for the past 10 years I have had Peugeot 3008s, they are very comfortable and nice to handle. I would in all honesty say that VERTU have put the customer first and there was no hard sell, it was like having a chat with a couple of mates in the pub.Big THANKS to KEIRAN and JAMIE.

Vertu Sunderland
This was my third car purchase from Vertu and my first from this dealership. Everything about my visit was first class from my arrival up to finalising the deal for my new (to me) car. But, I have to say the attention to everything from Stefano Pica, was above and beyond. I have never met a more friendly, polite and courteous young man in my life. Stefano is a diamond and a credit to Vetu Vauxhall Sunderland.
Having taken a service plan with Vertu, I will look forward to visiting this dealership again.
