Superb service from Martin Greenwood and all others at Harlow Peugeot, I couldn’t find fault with any part of the process and I absolutely love my car

I have just purchased my first car from Peugeot in Harlow. The salesmen was Callum Mills he was professional knowledgeable and very polite. Callum guided us through the whole process and made it very easy, there was no hard sell and he was a pleasure to deal with. A really terrible experience getting our car serviced with Peugeot Harlow.
We were told to drop the car in at 9.30 in the morning, we didn't get it back until 16.15 that day, and only after numerous phone calls & a complaint. This was a routine service that we pay Vertu for each month, and should have only taken 2.5 hours. We were not offered a timed appointment, or a courtesy car. Really bad customer service & attitude. We asked for them to look at our radio as it hasn't worked properly since they did the MOT, and switched something off, but got fobbed off, & told to take it back to Ford! Plus the complimentary car clean, only seemed to stretch to the front of the car, not the back. Needless to say we have cancelled the service plan, and do not recommend Peugeot Harlow.

GENUINE REVIEW Today, I bought my 4th motor from vertu in Harlow, (a fantastic MG Zs,) in two years and the friendliness, professionalism, non hard sell is simply a pleasure to experience. Quality cars, good prices and top quality. Dealt with CALLUM MILLS, and absolute top guy as well as dealing with GEORGIA in the past. Not a single problem in two years and four cars. I went in looking for advice and to see what I could potentially upgrade to I had the help of Martin who always goes above and beyond every time, always made to feel welcome and I feel I am going to speak to a friend rather than a salesman, David and Mike I also have to say they have been amazing every time I’ve gone into the dealership either for advice or looking for something new honestly I don’t think I would go anywhere else for a car can always rely on them for friendly welcoming service always 5 star service.

Aftercare is rubbish. Bought a 2021 Vauxhall corsa with 3 month warranty, within first month car failed to start correctly, happens again intermittently as well as multiple other faults. Called service dept to book in, they confirm I wouldn’t be liable paying any diagnostics charge. Then get a call back 2 weeks later with a lady saying I would be liable to pay £178 diagnostics charge as my car may start and it would be a waste of time for the mechanics and they need wages paying. Told me to wait until problem happens again. (After I am out of the 30 days return and refund of the car) and most likely il be out of warranty and stuck with a broken car. Dealt with Joe in sales and Alex the sales manager who wouldn’t honour me returning the car and getting a refund. Now left me with a broken car that cost £11250 had to px the car for £2k less as trade price with another company. Would never buy or recommend anyone to use this company. Absolute shambles and the service is appalling.

I got my new 25 plate Peugeot from this dealership and I’m currently on my second day of owning this car and the cars check engine light has come one the car is over heating and don’t start. I’m stranded 45 minutes from my house and have been this way since 1am. I was told the tow truck would be here at 8:30 and it’s now 8:58. I called them back to be tolded the ETA is now 10:30. I have never heard any one have an experience like this. No one can help me because it’s a Sunday and now my family trip is cancelled on the holidays for my kids. This is my experience so far, I could change but who knows ? I want the person responsible reprimanded for the stress this has course me and the inconvenience and for people to just do better in general

Been a customer for many years and recently purchased a new van. We dealt with Mike Silvestri for this purchase, who was an absolute star. There were some issues with their banking which, on a Saturday proved to be a complete nightmare and very stressful (and needs looking into). However, Mike did everything he possibly could to get things processed for us. After spending 5 hours at the showroom and paying a deposit twice, we left £14k lighter without the new van! Both deposits showed later in the day and Mike actually delivered the van to us despite it being close to his going home time!

Picked new car up yesterday June 27.
All aspects from order to handover were dealt with by mr Callum mills, one of the most professional car sales team I have ever dealt with, very knowledgeable and assuring especially as this our first electric vehicle.
Couldn’t fault any part of his approach to his job and was very pleased that he took time to make sure we knew enough about the vehicle.
